Most review platforms eventually compromise their independence. Businesses pay for premium placements, sponsored badges, or reputation management services. Over time, the ratings stop reflecting reality and start reflecting marketing budgets.
ReviewTerminal is built on a different model. We charge businesses nothing. We earn nothing from the companies we review. Our only obligation is to the consumers who use this platform to make purchasing decisions — and to the reviewers who trust us to publish their experiences faithfully.
How we operate

We are not affiliated with, paid by, or sponsored by any company we list. No business can buy a better rating or pay to suppress negative reviews.
Email-verified reviews
Every review requires email verification before it goes live. We do this to ensure reviews come from real people, not bots or fake accounts.
One review per person per company
Each email address can submit one review per company. This prevents review flooding and keeps ratings honest.
Businesses cannot remove reviews
A company finding their reviews on ReviewTerminal cannot request removal. They can contact us to report factual inaccuracies, but negative sentiment is never grounds for removal.
For businesses
If your company appears on ReviewTerminal and you have questions about your listing, you can reach us through our contact form. We read every message and respond to legitimate enquiries about factual inaccuracies.
We do not offer reputation management services, paid removal, or priority response for paying customers. All businesses are treated equally.
For consumers
Submitting a review is free and takes two minutes. We ask for email verification — not to collect your data, but to ensure every published review comes from a real person. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Is ReviewTerminal free?
Yes. ReviewTerminal is completely free for consumers. Reading reviews, submitting reviews, and adding companies are all free, with no registration required.
Can companies pay to improve their rating?
No. Companies have no ability to influence their rating on ReviewTerminal. We do not offer paid placements, sponsored badges, or reputation management services.
How do you verify reviews?
Every review submitted through ReviewTerminal requires email verification before it is published. Reviewers must click a verification link sent to their email address. We also limit one review per email address per company.
Can I remove my review?
Yes. If you submitted a review and wish to remove it, contact us with the email address you used and details of the review. We will remove it promptly.
How do I report a fake review?
Use our contact form and include the company name and details of the review you believe to be fake. We investigate all reports and remove reviews that violate our guidelines.
Is ReviewTerminal affiliated with Trustpilot?
No. ReviewTerminal is a fully independent platform with no affiliation to Trustpilot or any other review platform.
