Not effective at all! Didn’t resolve the problem (after one year and six visits - no changes whatsoever). Last time agent didn’t complete work. I was so disappointed by their service that I addressed them a letter with my concerns and specified that I didn’t want to renew my contract. They contacted me saying their agent would come to finish the job but he never showed up. Yet, they sent me an invoice for 800€ for the next year. So incredibly unprofessional!
