It was a quick process to get them to come to my apartment. However the employee only put one trap down and then next day we had mice running around our apartment. Apparently I was suppose to be called to program the next rdv so that the employee could come back to cover the wholes in the walls, but it’s been almost a week and I’ve never been called back. Now I’m the one having to follow up when we’re paying €160 a visit…. And even better, when I talk to the support on the phone they hang up on me. Not a good experience especially when I was referred to this company since they were “experts and professional”
