3.5 might be more like it. The meals are overall a bit worse than Hello Fresh, but they properly package their boxes, unlike HF. To clarify they do have some good options but they haven’t been available too often, with this service I usually struggle to find more than one meal a week I have any level of “excitement” about. I’m still fairly new, but so far the limited time meals they do have either been, super health focused, or actually meals I want to try, but they were sold out suuuper fast. I’ll probably look into another meal kit service soon, haven’t decided. Their microwave meals were horrible, the definitely stay away from those. Also I live in an apartment, and once the driver left the package OUTSIDE the apartment on the far side of the building..
Recipes are decent and portions are fair on the meal kit delivery. Had one missing ingredient in my last box which was annoying. Customer service sorted it out but still a bit frustrating
The menu was very good and we had a good experience with them until recently when they made a change to their website where you cannot make any changes to the preselected menu items. It never used to be the case before. For the life of me I don't know why they did that so I cancelled my subscription.
