Very dissatisfied with the delivery

Unfortunately, I was in my property all day and the courier did not left the package in my property neither left a card to shows that he/she was at the property. However, I tried to contact Parcelforce so many times and ended up sending an email about it. They will try to send again tomorrow. Very disappointed with the delivery. As you mentioned before the package will be dispatched today. Again, the courier failed again. No card so, it means he/she did not come to the property. Please see below. We attempted to deliver your parcel on Friday 18th August 2023 at 15:03 but no one was available. Your parcel will either have been taken to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect or returned to our depot. Your parcel status will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next. Also, they want me to charge £12 pounds to re-delivery. Unfortunately I have been in the property and these people haven’t contacted me in terms of delivery. I would like my money back.
