Dislike very much placing an order on the 4th and not receiving it until the 19th. Especially when looking at the product before purchasing you are told it is all Australian and fast and speedy delivery. Had I have known it was coming from China I would have been more prepared or probably not bought it at all to be honest.

If I can give 0 stars I would this company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them. I ordered something and try to return it within less than 24 hours. They did not want to accept my return but afterwards , I mentioned they website you can with less than 24hrs. They told me I had it shipped back to China and I was responsible for the shipping, which was triple the price they charged me for the material. Please Do not buy , anything from them, don’t waste your money and time, you’re gonna regret it.and the material is horrible 100%polyester. I would recommend you to go to target ,Walmart, TJ Maxx or Macy’s something that you could pay $24 that will cover your coaches and you will not have a bad experience. I wanna make sure that nobody gets scam like I did.
When l ordered my rug the picture displayed an orange side and a grey side ... my rug has an orange side and a blue side with a grey trim ... not happy with the blue Judy Baker
The throw is very nice and looks to be of good quality. It took 3 weeks to get here, otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Absolutely shocking quality. They act as though they are an Australian company but they ship directly from Chinese warehouses - the care label does not even have English on it. This is okay if you are aware but when you are paying near $300 for a blanket for it to arrive and realise it is an unfinished piece of material it is unacceptable. My item arrived with raw edges and pulls all over the blanket. Scam.

Ordered a large beige shower mat for the primary shower. It was more peach colored than beige! Emailed about returning it. Picture was sent as requested. Was told that we could return. Several emails later, no response from anyone! Initial response from Casa; " Thanks for reaching out, I understand you’d like to initiate a return. To help us review this properly, could you please share the reason for the return? When you have a moment, it would also be helpful if you could send a clear photo of the item you received. Once we have those details, we’ll review everything in line with our policy and guide you on the next steps. I’ll keep an eye out for your reply and take care of this for you. Although this website masquarades as .com.au trying to look like Aussie owned, orders are shipped from China and will take at least 2 weeks, qualities are more or less made in China too
