Poor customer service. Items took weeks to arrive. One item, a kitchen mat arrived with deep creases and was not light grey in colour, more an ugly brown colour. I took photos and emailed customer service. Their response was colours look different depending on the lighting to which I sent a photo of the mat against another mat that was actually light grey! They also said the creases were from the way the mat was packaged! Well that was obvious, and definitely not helpful to me! This has been a frustrating and long process with them offering a 20% refund or return to China at my own expense. Both not reasonable options. I will never purchase from this store again. I would not definitely not recommend this store. Buyer beware in regard to quality and delivery and particularly returns and customer service.

I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service. When I ordered I used autofill to complete my information. I did not check for accuracy and as a result my mailing address was incomplete. The item I ordered went out for delivery but with only a partial address they were unable to deliver and instead returned to sender. Kim with customer service had her team resend the item again at no cost to me even though it was my fault for not insuring the correct mailing address. And I did offer to pay the extra delivery charge. I hope the bath rug I purchased is as awesome as their customer service.
