The agent was very helpful regarding energy providers and we found a new provider that an Australian company, we transferred over. We also looked at changing telecomm providers, not as successful as most telecomm providers only provided DIRECT DEBIT options. I am in control of my money not the other way round.
Helped me to identify a provider that can reduce my power bills
The person who contacted me repeated every thing 3 times. The interview could have been 3 times shorter. He told me another caller would contact me re internet. I told him we were not interested as we had some difficulty with changing our internet provider previously that has not been resolved. The interviewer was not interested in what I had said. He told me not to interrupt the internet interviewer and to only answer yes or no. I will not be interested in dealing with this company again.
Highly recommending their service, they managed to bring my electricity bill down to 40% with very competitive package.
