Ryan contacted me back when he realised the plan they had recommended was not my best option. Then another guy from your company clearly explained to me about the costs and times of service with Energy Australia. He also phoned me back when he realised he had accidentally quote the wrong costs.

Mostly it was good. The person calling initially was pleasant. As usual, I was connected to someone up the line. He was we pleasant too. I appreciate them making the comparison; for me, it would be so much trouble I would not bother. My only complaint is with having to answer the same questions 3 times to complete the process. If a person has confirmed they don't have solar panels, or need 24/7 medical equipment, their response to those & several other questions should be recorded first time.
I got a good deal in the end but it was a slow process and then got 2 calls asking me if I want to change to Powershop which I had juts changed to through cheap bills. First caller did not tell me that Ovo had bill smoothing which I didn’t want.
Albert was very helpful and patient He organised cheaper electricity and internet accounts for me and is checking out the gas as well
No hard sell but good advice. Have dealt with them before and they don't try to sell you to something that is not an improvement on what you've already got.

I wish I hadn’t answered the phone. The planned call, first one calls to tell you how good your provider was and they are rewarding you with discounts, the phones then passed over to the next guy who talks about the discounts and slips in the change of provider spin and doesn’t take a breath.it’s no wonder people hang up. I would never use Cheap Bills again
I was given wrong details about my current provider and the company recommended had almost double the daily charge and higher electricity rate. Not Happy!
Needs to work on communication skills when talking to older people.
The phone rep had good customer service skills she did her job well. She raised a case for me. I am a brand new customer, I registered in My Account with email address and keep getting an ingoing error when trying to set password. This is not good ecperiencr for a new customer, the error refers me to go to your cudtomer support which I have done twice since joining this week and no one can fix it. However the reps have been polite and tried within their system to assist unsuccessfully. I want the App so I can check my usage etc which I had with AGL, if this can not be resolved soon I will not continue the service
