My name is Arden Tucker and a satisfied chime customer for over a year now until today. Today I did a reload at the Walgreens,for a $1000.00 dollars and and only received a $100.00 dollars. I called chime corporate and filed a dispute and also uploaded the receipt from Walgreens proving that I did in fact give a thousand dollars. Now chime is screwing me around. I'm going to write a bad review about chime every single day until I get my 900 hundred dollars.... today is one the worst days of my life, thanks for screwing me over CHIME.....Arden Tucker
Love Chime I've had them for years. From the spot me to the my pay, they are wonderful. Customer Service is impeccable.
The best way better than Cash app
Worst financial experience ever, for a simple transaction, such as my daughter sending me money for a repayment. It requires that I enter their App, why should I? Then it asks for personal info such as ID and face recognition, why should I? Bastards, all they want is to collect personal info and sell their crooked system. Stay away from this rip-off financial scam, they are not a bank!
If I could give this one star I would, I deposited 1,000 dollars into my account they only gave me 100 I called them and gave them all of the information on the receipts and the print of the receipt I received from the store manager and they told me it would be 45 days before I get my money! As soon as I receive what is owed to me I will be closing the account and letting everyone I know to never deal with chime
THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE FOR ME WHEN I NEED IT
I’m closing ALL of my Chime accounts after years of loving the service. They were notified about 3 unauthorized transactions on April 9th, the same day the charges were announced in my account. But instead of keeping my money in my account they went ahead and paid all 3 charges. Today they sent me an email stating that they were not going to pay me back for the theft but that they were going to also charge my account the exact same amount of the 3 totaled charges again on the 30th of this month. Completely criminal behavior!! I’m hiring an attorney and suing them!
I unfortunately fell for a scam and sent money on this app. Once I realized the extent of the situation, I reached out to Chime who said they wouldn’t really be able to help due to the instantaneous nature of the transaction. Financial institutions should have better consumer protection measures for their clients. I definitely won’t be using chime in the future, knowing that it is full of fraudulent activity that is condoned and assisted.
Fast, efficient
I have never regret anything more than having download this app. I never got my money. They never help you with anything. I had a close the account to see if my money gets transferred to my old account. Very disappointing not reliable at all.

I’ve learned THREE BIG LESSONS today(the number 3 has always been my lucky number).Lesson number one, never file your taxes with Chime. You don’t receive the $3,000 bonus that they say you will receive and they have no clue to where your tax refund will come.( when I say nothing. As in zilch). Lesson number two,Choice Hotel are not aware of the way that the hotel front office is treating their customers as Choice privilege customers. There’s no privilege in treating your customers as racism still exist.. Lesson number three, only help others when GOD tells you to do it. The end result will be a bigger blessing in return.. They are not who you want to trust with your direct deposit or anything else rent a car company forced a charge of 876$ and chime is taking my money how and we the ppl can't over draft uber car rental program is bull as well
Yes I was giving so many notices about getting people to join prime and if they join prime they would split I think $100 or $150 between two people but I feel that that is a false advertisement statement because I did that I had some friends for the first time to send me money through time and when I called to speak in XY I didn't receive just for getting someone to sign up with time they told me they had to go through all kinds of hula hoops just to receive the money that charm promised I feel that that is very bad business to tell customers not only is that misleading but that is very unprofessional for whomever is behind it so therefore I will be looking elsewhere with a bank that is doing that and I did do just that I am now with Woodforest but I still use my time as well I do believe chime has good aspects and dealing with wood forest they promised if you had someone else sign up which I did was my husband and gave us $150 and each one of our accounts in 2 weeks this is what I call keeping your word and being honest to your customers I feel time whoever the administration is needs to do better
