Absolutely disappointing, terrible experience. We watched dozens of uber cars whisk in and pick up customers while we waited and had to call to locate our driver 3x. I had called once we had luggage as instructed and then was told to call back once outside. If she would have sent the car then maybe we wouldn't have had to wait 30 minutes for the driver. Plus the car was terrible old. I imagine the 7s who we've used for decades will soon be killed by uber if you can't get the service model together and improve your process.
