I am very disappointed with my recent Sephora UK order. I received completely the wrong items, even though I paid for specific products. I provided clear evidence to customer service, but instead of resolving the issue, they insisted my parcel was packed correctly. This is simply not true…. the items I received do not match my order at all. I have asked Sephora to send me proof that my parcel was packed correctly, because from my side it clearly wasn’t. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and the delay in fixing this has been extremely frustrating. I just want the products I paid for. Be warned. If they make a mistake they won’t fix it.
Placed an order in time for Christmas. They sent my order via Evri in 2 parcels. I received 1 parcel but not the other. Sephora/Feelunique repeatedly told me it would be delivered. After 3 weeks they said the parcel had been returned back to them? Reordered/replaced the missing parcel and then emailed to say one of the items was out of stock. Refund offered instead. Refund was for £63. Was sent £18. Complained and was then given a sorry and a further refund of £37 given. Since when does £18 & £37 = £63? 4 weeks on and I am still chasing my refund in full. I haven't been able to replace these Christmas gifts because they left me without my order and my money. Disgusting. I will be taking this further.
I had placed an order of £106. Received an email stating that the order had been dispatched. 24 hours later came a 2nd email stating that in fact they didn't have the product! So, what exactly was dispatched the previous day? I've been informed of a refund. Not that simple I'm afraid! Totally disheartened, disappointed and will never use Sephora again and will tell as many people as I can through my business
Great to cancel my order on the 20th of December! This company is a total waste of time. When I ordered it said they had 5 items in stock. Will never use again!
Ordered products with them, they were late delivering them and THEN I get a message to say that it's out of stock and am being refunded. I was relying on this for a Christmas present and now it's too late to get it somewhere else in time. First world problems I know. Still. I will not use Feel Unique again and will share this story so that others don't either.
I have used feel unique for many years and have used the goldwell rich repair masque for a long time So I am aware of the colour and texture of the treatment this product was not the genuine treatment when I e mailed them I was asked to send photos so I did they then asked for a video which I did they then said I had to return the product where they would then send it to the laboratory for testing but meanwhile I would need to reorder some more if I needed hair treatment I really could not be bothered with them after I have used them for many years and have never needed to return a product so I binned the product and used another website That have now lost me as a customer and I will Be using another website Good bye
Purchased an item from feelunique, first and only time as all i received was an empty box delivered by Evri! This box is in perfect condition without any signs of damage or tampering with. I contacted feelunique customer service along with a photo and video showing the condition of the box and also the box on a pair of scales to show there was no weight registering. The response received "Thank you for contacting us. Sorry to hear you have an item missing from your order. Please could you confirm if the order has been damaged in transit and the item/s that are missing from your order? Signed Alex" This despite the evidence that i had already sent (Image and Video) in my original email! Despite replying twice, i received no further correspondence from Customer services. I then tried to claim back through Amex but all feelunique did was provide an image of the empty box on the doorstep. (evri in my area do a knock and run on deliveries that don't need a signature). proving it had been delivered. I had never disputed the delivery in fact it had to be delivered for me to complain about the empty box. I then tried Amazon who are the payment facilitators and for the last 10 weeks, despite there A - Z guarantee are looking in to the issue? Different agent each time who go through a checklist and say i will receive an email with the decision! I then found this website (Trustpilot) where it appears that a human is responding to the critics. For information i still have in my possession the intact and empty cardboard box.
Firstly got sent the wrong product cheaper than the one I bought in the first place wasn’t told about this or anything about it being out of stock or a refund for the price difference and secondly the bottle wasn’t packaged securely causing it to leak all over
Was a big fan and shopped a lot from the website. Unfortunately the customer service was awful and stopped me from ordering from them anymore. I received a damaged package, one of the items, the facial toner was broken spilling everywhere. Yes it made a mess and the toner was like half full. I immediately took some pictures and sent them to the customer care team by email. The lady who replied was totally shocked me!! She accused me of faking it and she would never get me a replacement nor a refund. That was very insulting and rude! Who would fake a toner only worths twenty something pounds!! But not my other items like £1xx? That’s absurd!
I made an order about 3 weeks ago but haven't received it
No update since February 27th. Since, it has been more than 10 days.
I have attempted several times to report an item missing from my recent order. The order came on the 12th of February and I reported the item missing twice. I have tried through the various contact mechanisms to get in touch to resolve the situation and as of yet have heard nothing about a €33 item that was not included in my order.
