The company can improve by bringing back the ready to drink lean shake 25 with sugar. who's idea was it to take them out and produce zero sugar ones. Why cant we have both? Even the one with sugar did not have a lot of sugar so what was going through ya minds? On top of that ya even change manufactures smh. I'm dissapointed. If you want to keep the zero sugar that's fine but why take away the regular one that did not have that much sugar. Bring it back and bring back the manufacturer who was making it before. Next time have samples so people can taste it before buying This is shitty.
The young kid acts like he runs the shop, completely disrespect
I normally don’t visit locations because it’s convenient to order online but was out of 1 item so I went to the store located at St. Thomas shopping center in Owings Mills MD21117. I entered the store and the person behind the counter never looked up from his phone nor was he wearing anything that resembled a normal GNC shirt, just black sweats. When I found what I needed I asked him about a 10% off coupon I was emailed and he told me he couldn’t see any coupons pertaining to what I was buying and asked for me CC. I always buy my protein at the buy 1 got 1 at 50% off . He told me there was no such thing??? I will not return to that location for anything!
I'm very happy with all the fitness supplements that I bought from GNC for many years now, helped me out a lot.
Very expensive to the point of price gouging. Pushy sales associates and they try to sign you up for memberships just to get your information to sell to third parties. Do not give them any business.
wow. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I placed an order 3/17/26 and as of 4/11/26, it still hasn't been shipped--not even processed!! Of course, I can't get a live person to help and they charged me within minutes of placing the ordersfor the product. This is the WORST on-line company I've ever dealt with.
Look at ratings on your store reviews I have been a gnc customer for over 20 years and the service I received at the stoncrest location in charlotte was totally unacceptable I had to ask for assistance the guy was irritated he had to be there hire better quality of people his name was James
Ordered online. They generated a tracking number to bill PayPal but never shipped. It’s like a scam. Don’t order from them. Unable to contact anyone. It’s been decades since I have been scammed like this.
DO NOT order from GNC online EVER!! Their customer service is atrocious. You can never get through to anyone on chat. When you finally get someone they wait for your chat to time out, while they pretend to resolve your issue and the do not follow up even though they have your phone number and email. I am missing an item from my order. The shipment email and packing slip say it is supposed to be there and it is not. The box had not been tampered with nor damaged. I tried calling and could only reach an automated bot who said they would ship a replacement which was a LIE!!! Only shop IN STORE!!!
If I had seen the reviews of this company before ordering, I would have never placed an order. I was charged twice for a single order — both my gift card and my PayPal account were billed. I did not authorize my PayPal to be charged, and I have not received a refund. This is already unacceptable, but what made it worse was the complete lack of customer support. I sent multiple emails and received no response at all. On top of that, I was later unable to use another gift card, and customer service could not resolve the issue or even explain it properly. This experience shows serious problems with billing, systems, and customer care. I will never shop at GNC again and will choose competitors that actually provide reliable service and proper support. Avoid this "company" if you don’t want to risk billing issues and being ignored.
I ordered 2 products on line from GNC, 1 was delivered, in their chatroom I spoke to a rep explained that I only recieved 1 or the 2 items order. She needed a few minutes to confirm, when she came back into the chat she confirmed I was just sent the 1, she needed a few more minutes to see when they could ship me the other product. When she returned she said " I don't have good news, your account has been flagged as a new user, so we will not be issuing a credit nor will we be shipping out the product you paid for. I couldn't believe it, I had to read over the transcript again just to make sure I understand what she was telling me, I paid for the product, they never shipped the product, but I would not be receiving a credit or the product becuase I was "flagged as a new user?" Really GNC? The rep was lovely and she continueed to escalate the issue over the next 40 mintues, but only recieved the same results. I was told they would follow up with me yesterday, they never did. No product, No refund. So I took it a step further, I filed a compliant with the Attorney General, the BBB and Consumer Affairs. I sent them all the transcript of the chatroom so they could see for themselves what GNC was trying to get away with. Thank god I paid with Paypay, once they received the transcript I was refunded with in hours. I am thinking their might be more folks like me out their, and if there are GNC deserves a case action suite to be filed for what they are or have been getting away with.
As we went to store to buy the products but store doesn't had those products, so the store manager order for us, as soon as we received the package one of the bottle has a expiry date of February 2026. When we put to attention of GNC, GNC never refunded the whole amount today is March 4th but still GNC didn't resolve the issue. GNC refuse to give us full refund of 19.99+ tax.
We have used GNC products for years as we have a house full of son's who are athletes. My high school son decided in his business class to reach out to the company and tell them how much he appreciated their brand and business. He was over the moon when the CEO took the time to write him a personal letter back! Top Notch GNC! Thank you!
Never buy any product from GNC, first they give the wrong product and then later they refuse to take it back, sometimes they say that you did not get the product, sometimes something, sometimes something else.
Just Terrible, I will not be a pro member next year. I call customer service every two weeks twice for my problems to never be resolved. I can never trust customer service anymore. And there web never works. It’s just a headache and a pain in my ass.
