After 8 days, 8 phone calls, 14+ hours on the phone, 17 emails, and sending over 45 documents/selfies for verification, I was beyond frustrated and honestly felt completely let down by a company I’ve trusted for 16 years. As a small business owner, having critical website and email issues unresolved for months was incredibly stressful and costly to my business. Then I reached Zuzanna. She did what the previous representatives failed to do — she listened. She treated me with respect, took the time to understand my case, researched the issue properly, and genuinely cared about helping. After days of feeling ignored and passed around, she completely changed my experience and helped restore my faith in GoDaddy. They will not answer the phone On hod for more than an hour twice today and it has been a routine practice. If I did not have so many products there over the years I would NEVER call them. Customer service is horrible!

I have been along time business account holder and my account was deactivated after one late payment because I changed banks. But I call customer service and the situation was corrected. The service was great very respectable and professional. I will certainly be using godaddy a little while longer.
