After 8 days, 8 phone calls, 14+ hours on the phone, 17 emails, and sending over 45 documents/selfies for verification, I was beyond frustrated and honestly felt completely let down by a company I’ve trusted for 16 years. As a small business owner, having critical website and email issues unresolved for months was incredibly stressful and costly to my business. Then I reached Zuzanna. She did what the previous representatives failed to do — she listened.
