I’ve been a paying GoPuff member, but the service has become increasingly disappointing. The GoBags are one of the biggest issues. They are labelled as “Mixed Grocery (Not Vegetarian)”, which clearly suggests the bags contain non‑vegetarian items. However, every bag I received contained only vegetables, often duplicates of the same cheap items. When I questioned this, a GoPuff support agent told me that “Not Vegetarian just means it could contain anything,” which completely contradicts the label and is misleading to customers. If a product is labelled Not Vegetarian, it should contain something that is not vegetarian. Otherwise, the description is inaccurate and customers are being misled. On top of that, the Ramus 4 Battered Cod Fillets increased from £2.99 to £3.42 within a couple of days. When I asked why, support repeatedly asked for an order number even after I clearly explained it wasn’t related to an order. The chat was then closed without answering the question. I’m also certain this isn’t the only item that’s gone up — it’s just the one I happened to notice. I suspect other products have increased in price without customers being made aware. I raised a formal complaint by email, but the response was vague and avoided giving any specific explanation for the price increase. Just generic lines about “operational and supplier factors.” As a paying member, I no longer feel GoPuff offers value for money. The misleading GoBag descriptions, unexplained price rises, and scripted customer service have put me off using the service altogether.
As a driver for this company for about 3 weeks. I spent 500 in gas and only have 00.00 for myself or for food for my kids. To all your customers whom are rich folks you do not tip which hurts drivers 1000% go puff only pays $1,2 dollar per trip. And the lucky drivers who get to schedule sit around online in luxury shady spots hogging up the online space collecting $100 daily at 10 cents per min adds up fast. $1 every 10 minutes X 14 hrs because they do sit there all day and night collecting that would = to $70 EVERY 14 HOURS ..... PLUS THE $2 EVERY TRIP PLUS TIPS IF YOU ACTUALLY TIP....I SPENT DAYS NIGHTS IN THIS APP AND I HAVE NO MONEY TO SHOW FOR IT BECAUSE IT ALL GOES BACK INTO GAS. I WAS ONLY ABLE TO USE ABOUT $150 OF THAT FOR MYSELF OVER THE DAYS NOT IN ONE LUMP SOME SO THIS MEANS I HAD TO PENNY PINCH EVERY DAY!!!!! TO EVERY CUSTOMER WRITING A REVIEW. WHY DON'T YOU START COMPLAINING ABOUT THE FACT DRIVERS ONLY GET 1 DOLLAR A ORDER AND YOU AREN'T TIPPING. PERIOD. I SAID WHAT I SAID. APP IS POINTLESS.
The driver phone camera was broken so I couldn't get my order. Refund take 3 to 5 days
This company is a rip off.. they want to charge me over 20 dollars in fees for a 13.95 item to be delivered. They changed a automatic 7.90 fee which is suspicious considering the subscription cost the same then there is a 4.95 small basket fee then they charge 3.95 delivery fee and Add the 5 dollars plus tip.. you are literally paying 16. 08 in fees add the 5 dollar tip it comes to 21.79 to get a 13.95 item
Worked for Austin area for 6 months, mostly utilized South Austin location to pick up orders and deliver. The warehouse associates are rude, demeaning and unprofessional. There are constant hazards in and around warehouse. Doorbell is never functioning correctly or is laying broken on the ground. Warehouse employees answer door or buzz you in when they feel. In freezing conditions and rain I’ve waited outside door several minutes. Pay is awful. Most of the demographics that we deliver to our drunks or drug addicts where you delivering their alcohol to them at all hours of the day and they don’t want tip. Sometimes you run all over town, barely getting paid the incentive to go out nothing more which consists of a few bucks. There is little to no customer support and you’re out of luck to ever getting through to a real support person. After working the app for six months, my profile was deactivated without any warning any heads up while I was out working in the field. I have never had any delivery issues. My ratings are great, and there was no reason for the deactivation. I had an incident with an employee at the South Austin warehouse, where she verbally assaulted me and threatened to take my orders away, which she did because she didn’t like my attitude. I was simply reciprocating the attitude she was giving me. No one even knows of the company they don’t even advertise my friends and affiliates have never even heard of them. There are so many other platforms to work for where you will make a lot of money for your effort. Please consider going elsewhere before ever having to deal with Gopuff and its affiliates. I am glad to no longer be working for this awful company.
Refuse to refund money after I paid for fam membership for 2 + years unknowingly. Never once used the service.
Talk about taking advantage your customer base by marking up a product by 50 % . Due to this reason I will never buy anything from here again . Or will I work for them as a delivery driver . you charge 30 bucks for a vape that costs 15 bucks . You guys are as bad a drug dealers trying to take advantage of people vice's by charging insane prices . just remember how are you treat others you will be treated in the end. I hope Gopuff goes bankrupt and out of business .

GoPuff Chgo doesn't accept over 65 IL non-driver state id bec there's no expiration date (unlike drivers license). Customer service was an abomination. There is no way speak to human agent and the online agent(s) I connected with gave an outlandish and personally disparaging reason my order was cancelled. I would simply like the ID issue addressed. It appears I will not be able to get this done.
I had a very disappointing experience at Gopuff Coventry as an Uber Eats delivery driver. Yesterday, I waited for an order for over an hour at their depot, which is completely unacceptable. During that time, I tried multiple times to speak with the staff to understand what was happening and why the order wasn’t ready, but I was completely ignored. They showed no interest in helping or even acknowledging me. After waiting for so long with no communication or support, I was forced to cancel the order and leave. This level of disorganization and lack of respect for drivers’ time is extremely frustrating. Overall, a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.
Wow. Zero for three, Go Puff. You have successfully and carelessly botched or, by your own lazy and selfish choice, just altogether chosen to not even deliver my order when I placed it. And I loved the delivery you made to my neighbors 2 houses down, after waking their dog and annoying them properly. Great work at being the worst delivery service ever.
Gopuff is currently engaging in what appears to be a systemic 'Bait-and-Switch' regarding their referral program. Their app and website explicitly state that a referrer will receive a $25 GoCash credit immediately after a friend completes their first order. However, when I referred two friends who completed their orders on April 26 and April 27, 2026, Gopuff refused to honor the credit. I have documented evidence of their supervisors (Jai and Deepak) making up arbitrary, hidden rules to avoid payout—claiming a 'second order' is required and citing an unlisted '$18.95 minimum'—both of which were directly contradicted by their own automated support system in the same chat session. Even when their own bot confirmed that no minimum spend exists and credit is due after the first order, human agents refused to manually rectify the technical error. This is a clear violation of consumer protection laws, specifically the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA). I have filed formal reports with the Florida Attorney General and the FTC. If you are a user, be aware that their advertised referral terms are not being honored in good faith.
