From placing the call (boiler did not heat tap water - radiator ok) to the engineer who came to fix the issue, everybody was accommodating and very friendly. The part that was required to fix the issue was unfortunately not available (hence 4 stars) the day the engineer visited but was promptly rectified when he came back the next day. Very pleased with the engineer! Thanks again!
