I was experiencing an issue that I was unable to resolve, but upon making contact with Mailbird I received advice that immediatly enabled me to rectify the situation.
This Mail clientele is perfect. There is some things that take getting use to but it's and Outlook that actually works, is simple to set up, makes owning a small business easy, and looks aestictly pleasing. Customer support is quick and easy as well.
Asked for help via email approx 0930 this morning. Everything sorted for me in approx 2 hours by Olive. Great service.
Although certain messages still stay in DRAFT, I did receive help from A HUMAN at Mailbird and for that, I am grateful. I cannot say that Mailbird is at fault for this as Microsoft and Norton also do updates regularly and I have no control over this. At least I do get a response promptly and I do not get pages of AI giving thousands of reason of what the problem could be and to choose for myself. This option is useless for me and that is why I trust Mailbird's advice as to what could be happening. Seems the more technology drives the world, the more problems keep appearing!
Excellent after care
A great email interface - lovely, uncomplicated layout and so easy to use. And excellent customer service, with reliable, simple and concise instructions for the odd occasion when things go wrong.
Axel ( of Mailbird fame) immediately spotted the cause of my Microsoft email problems, caused by Microsoft not Mailbird. Great advice. Go Axel! well done!
Dedicated customer support!
Mailbird personnel got back to me promptly and offered a solution to the problem I had. Unfortunately, I have not been able to take advantage of the solution to date. However, this is not the fault of Mailbird.I have used the program for many years and find it to be the most useful one I have come across. Thank you Mailbird.
I've been using Mailbird for a few years now and have really liked it. Most recently, I received a software update notice and started the process. Shortly, it became obvious that for some reason, the update was in a "loop" and not progressing. Mailbird however was still very much working. After a few restarts, the update process hadn't improved so I submitted a service request. Within a day, I received a response from Customer Service with a link that suggested would get the process going. This did provide the solution to my problem and the Mailbird version is now updated! I've not had to request service much so I'm impressed with the excellent and timely communications from Mailbird that resolved my issue quite easily. This makes Mailbird an even more reliable and important part of my computer system.
Once upon a time this was a great program BUT now, it is full of errors. It does not track email which was the only reason I wanted and paid for the program. It takes forever to start and to load the incoming emails. I then go to gmail and it loads immediately without any problems whatsoever which tells me it is not my computer, but it is Mailbird. Never again. male bird responded to my complaint and what they said is not true. I have always had email tracking so it has nothing to do with the license or the price that I paid. I already uninstall the program and reinstalled it. I was then told to uninstall it again using the Revo uninstall or which I did. The first day I did that it worked perfectly. But that was it. It was only that day. It’s still not tracking my emails and that’s what I paid for. It’s not a mismatch license and the program still loads very slow slowly compared to my Gmail. Gmail is immediate. I have had to close out a mailbird many times because I got sick of waiting.
Great support and refund althoug the problem was caused due to my own doing! I took last year by mistake, a second licence on another mail adress. I 'd forgotten completly about it and asked some explanation about the amount that was taken out of my credit card this year!? They checked my account, discovered that a had two, closed the second one and gave me a refund!. Top service I would say! Costummer Happiness Team is their rightfully name!
Never normally have any issues with using Mailbird, but I needed some urgent help. Within a very short space of time I received a reply to the problem I was having, and it rectified the issue 1st time. Excellent service indeed. Keep up the good work!!
This could be very good BUT BUT 1. Said it was free then said I had 3 days left to pay! 2. It is NOT good enough to pay for- a. no setting mail importance or priority - says its in pipeline but they should not charge for an unfinished work b. Can not change colours of mutlple accounts. c> Does not show number of mails received in desktop icon. These were found in 2 hours useage. No i won't pay! Wait until they have finished the job! Back to Betterbird and Outlook. Shame.
I’ve been using Mailbird on macOS with great pleasure. Over the past few years, I’ve tried five different email apps, but this is the first one where I truly feel at home. I’ve been really happy with Mailbird, especially when it comes to their service. The support team is responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Whenever I had questions, they followed up properly and kept me informed about fixes and upcoming updates. What stands out is how well the app is designed: it’s clean, intuitive, and very easy to navigate. The search function is excellent—fast, accurate, and reliable, even with large mailboxes. Another strong point is that they genuinely listen to feedback. For instance, improvements like better dark mode support for email content are already being worked on, which shows they’re actively improving the product. There are still a few small things that could be better—like how HTML signatures display in dark mode—but overall, everything runs smoothly and reliably. All in all, Mailbird is a solid email client with a great interface, excellent search capabilities, and outstanding service from a team that clearly cares about its users.
