A MailBird tech is always there to guide you thru any issues and hiccups. Hey, it's software and sometime stuff happens but the MailBird team always gets it done! I've been a user for 5+ years and wouldn't change to another platform. Keep up the great work team.

I like MailBird features but the email program is still buggy. They do not make it easy to do things. You have to jump a lot of hoops to get to want to do. For a program that is 13 years old this is concerning. I have faith that they will finally make this an A+ program. Customer service is really slow and this needs to be resolved. It can be remedied so fast if they want to.
Very quick response to request for help. Great product, picking up more than one email account. LOve the "Block Sender". The Folders are a god-send so I can group past emails by topic, which also makes searching quicker.
Simple to set up and use. I do miss Apple Mail's smart folders, where when you move two emails to the same folder, the third time you move them, it shows you the folder where you moved the previous emails, but otherwise, it's great.
I was reinstalling Mailbird on my PC but having trouble with my activation code. I contacted customer support and received a quick response from Diego Martinez. So fast on returning email questions with answers. Very simple to use. Fast downloading; so far I really like Mailbird. I have another app that I like really well, but this is so nice I think I'll keep it.
System works. Customer support is good. I find it easier to use than Outlook for work emails.
I love Mailbird, it is so easy and logical to use. a problem cropped up using my Outlook email addresses. Mailbird tried to help. but it turned out to be a Microsoft problem which was solved by a M icrosoft windows up date
I bought a Mailbird Lifetime License years ago with a one-time fee. Recently, I discovered that they moved me to a recurring yearly subscription without my explicit consent or any notification. This is a classic fraudulent business practice. They provide a 'donotreply' email in PayPal to make it impossible to contact them. If you value your money, stay away from Mailbird. They steal from their old loyal customers by charging unauthorized fees. I am reporting this to FastSpring and initiating a chargeback

What made my experience great was the immediate and knowledgeable responses I received. My particular problem required several iterations of "try this and tell us what happened" followed in each case by a rapid response telling me what to try next, and when necessary providing links to the required software. I was very impressed by the quality of the support provided, and will mention it to others.
I have experienced considerable disappointment with Mailbird, particularly in relation to their customer support and email functionality. Despite sending numerous support messages over several weeks, the only reply I received was an acknowledgement that there was a high volume of queries causing delays in their response times. Throughout this period, I have been unable to access my Outlook email through Mailbird. I carefully followed all instructions provided by both Mailbird and Outlook, but unfortunately, these efforts did not resolve the issue. Outlook is one of my primary email accounts, making this problem especially frustrating. To compound the frustration, I was subscribed to Mailbird's premium service, meaning I was paying for the software rather than using the free version. Despite this, the lack of support and unresolved issues have made the experience unsatisfactory.
After trying several email clients over the decades, I discovered Mailbird which I've been using for a few years now. I use it just for personal use. I have found Mailbird to be easy to install, use, and backup. As with all programs there has been the odd glitch along the way. Mailbird Support has always quickly set me right. RTT
