I received my personalized metal bucket and I was very disappointed with the quality. The engraved initial and name was not centered on the front of the bucket, and was noticeably shifted several inches to the right. In addition, the front of the bucket arrived with visible scuffing/scratches. Because this was a personalized item, I expected much better quality, and this item does not match what was advertised or expected. I requested a refund but their communication is also slow to respond.
The banners and the garlands are awesome. Absolutely love them - very clear pictures, beautiful layout - will definitely use your company again in the future. Thanks so much!
Easy to navigate. Price is standard and reasonable . Only complaint is the shipping. $7.99 plus rush fee. Quality is GREAT. Highly recommended.
