Robinhood’s “$190 gold bar for $20” promo was frustrating. I joined exactly at 8:30 PM, added the item to cart immediately, then got stuck in two separate 15-minute hold queues. After waiting 30 minutes total, it finally said “Sold Out.” If inventory isn’t reserved after adding to cart, they should clearly say that upfront. Felt more like a lottery than a fair checkout process.

They're literally stealing money at this point. I was added to a paid membership without any consent and now they're flat-out refusing a refund. It's predatory and cheap. The app itself is okay but I can't stand the constant upsells and deals being pushed. I've had such a better, more honest experience on #Tradovern#. There's no hidden trash or constant pestering over there.

I can't even begin to go in to how many times they have screwed me over, canceled trades, anything to make sure that I don't make any money, they are crooks!

Did not have access to my account since January 2026, tried that 650 number, but is a recording that tells you to log in to your account to resolve the issue, that's the problem in the first place. Sent several e-mails to support and they sent a generic answer " log in to your account to solve the issue". Terrible company, absolutely no customer service. All account holders should file a class action lawsuit to put this miserable company out of business.

Absolute one of the worst experiences of my life. If you read the terms of service they can terminate your account for zero reasons. I transferred bitcoin from my Robinhood account and they flagged as suspicious and sold all my positions (which now I have to pay tax on). There’s absolutely zero customer support as they lock you out with zero explanation. I will nEVER recommend Robinhood to anyone and will actively share my story with people to stay away!

How the hell does Robinhood expect people to get to their account? NO ONE answers the so-called customer service phone -- just a recorded message that says to go to the app. But the app only lets you deny, not approve, a log in attempt. Who at Robinhood makes these decisions? What the are they smoking? Why haven't they been shut down for keeping people's money? Where is the Federal Trade Commission?
