Someone breached my account. Robinhood attempted an add on using wallet which I don't understand. I sold AMSC at a loss and crypto at 83.03 total loss $330 at their request. I am 83 and earn supplemental income from my investments. They😃 should have a better way of protecting investors I was considering leaving Robinhood but along comes Adam who takes time to explain everything and who listens to my concerns. Need more like him the support people were not good but he made rup for it. So today 6 days later we attempted to close my account and open another. First we were to move cash, failed 3 times.
Never...ever...open an account with Robinhood. Coustmer support is non-existant. Most likely, you will NEVER get your money out. If your account is hacked, there is no recourse for restitution. This explains the class action law suits. Why they haven't been shut down is beyond comprehension. -100 Stars.

No way to cancel Account in German language The only way to cancel the account is to contact support but the support agents only work when you state your need in english. Kind of strange if you think about the fact that this broker is also active in germany and all the emails and the app are in german.
Worst customer service ,I lost my hard earned money .my account got frozen for no reason so withdraw is impossible .they guided me wrong to sell my good return stocks at low price .simply horrible.but right time i found 1to1 LLC investment firm it helps me a lot and repsone time is good .

I decided to trust them and gave them another chance, but unfortunately, those promises were never fulfilled. Days turned into weeks without any meaningful update or follow-up from their side. Easy to start and use - absolute GARBAGE for anything after that.
I would never recommend Robinhood to anyone! I would give it a lower rating if I could. Robinhood's investment at MCTA is being sued, and therefore I cannot get my money out. I have now lost 300.00 due to this and I have been waiting to get my money out since November. In the process of trying to get my money out, I called customer service which is terrible, and they connected me to "support". I then was frauded and my credit has been ruined because of it. I am now attempting to rectify this, but the customer service is so bad, no one know what they are doing. In the meantime, I continue to lose money. If the account is frozen due to the law suit, I should not be losing money. I have filed disputes with Robinhood, Coinbase, and Gemini.
Robinhood has a 1-1/2 percent spread on their crypto execution. If you put in a limit order, that limit order is ignored in the bull/sell prices. So their claimed market orders are fake. If the spread is $500 and you put in an order right in the middle, the spread should drop to $250. It does not.
