I’ve had a very disappointing…

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with robinhood. My funds have been stuck in the app, and I’ve been unable to send or receive transactions properly. It’s frustrating and stressful when your own money becomes inaccessible and support doesn’t provide a real solution quickly enough. Thankfully, thanks to Pecklane for helping me figure things out and guiding me through the issue when I was confused and frustrated. Their help made a huge difference. I really hope robinhood improves its system reliability and customer support because situations like this seriously affect users’ trust and confidence.

My experience with this platform…

My experience with this platform started on a positive note. The system appeared organized, transactions seemed efficient, and the overall setup gave the impression of a professional service. Deposits were processed quickly, account details updated regularly, and there were no immediate concerns during the early stages. Because everything initially functioned as expected, it was easy to feel comfortable using the platform and trusting it with funds. What changed everything was the moment I attempted to make a withdrawal. What I expected to be a simple transaction quickly became much more complicated than it should have been. My withdrawal request was not processed right away and instead triggered additional verification steps. After completing those requirements and submitting the requested documents, I believed the matter would be finalized. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning, as new conditions continued to appear each time I thought the issue had been resolved. The most frustrating part of the experience was the constantly changing withdrawal requirements. Whenever I completed one request, another unexpected condition would be introduced. At one stage, I was informed that further compliance checks were necessary. Once those were completed, I was then told that updated internal procedures required more documentation. It felt as though the process was being extended indefinitely, with no clear path toward resolution. A major issue throughout the process was the lack of transparency. The reasons provided for the delays were often unclear, inconsistent, and difficult to understand. Rather than offering direct explanations, the platform repeatedly referenced broad terms such as “account review,” “security verification,” or “policy adjustments.” These responses failed to explain why my withdrawal remained pending or what specific steps were still required to release the funds. Customer support made the situation even more difficult. Replies were consistently slow, sometimes taking days before any response was received. When responses finally arrived, they were often generic and repetitive, providing little useful information. Instead of addressing the exact concerns raised, support seemed to rely on standard replies that offered no real clarity or progress. This prolonged communication cycle became both draining and discouraging. As the delays continued, the entire situation became increasingly stressful. What initially appeared to be a reliable and efficient platform gradually turned into a frustrating experience filled with uncertainty. The repeated requests, unclear communication, and constant policy changes slowly destroyed the confidence I originally had in the service. It became obvious that resolving the matter directly through the platform would likely lead nowhere. After several failed attempts to handle the issue myself, I decided to look for outside assistance and contacted B𝔼A𝕂𝕀X. They assessed my case thoroughly, explained the recovery options in a straightforward way, and guided me through each step professionally. Their clear communication and structured process were a major contrast to what I had experienced previously. With their help, I was ultimately able to recover my refund successfully. In the end, this experience was both disappointing and exhausting. A platform may seem trustworthy on the surface, but that does not guarantee reliability when accessing your own funds becomes difficult.

eVERYTHING APPEARED NORMAL UNTIL i DECIDED TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL. wHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A ROUTINE PROCESS QUICKLY BECAME FAR MORE COMPLICATED THAN EXPECTED. mY INITIAL WITHDRAWAL REQUEST WAS NOT PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY AND WAS INSTEAD MET WITH ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION REQUESTS. aFTER SUBMITTING THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS, i ASSUMED THE ISSUE WOULD BE RESOLVED, BUT NEW REQUIREMENTS KEPT APPEARING ONE AFTER ANOTHER. tHE MOST FRUSTRATING PART WAS THE CONSTANT CHANGE IN POLICIES. eVERY TIME ONE CONDITION WAS COMPLETED, ANOTHER WAS INTRODUCED. aT ONE STAGE, i WAS TOLD EXTRA COMPLIANCE CHECKS WERE NECESSARY. aFTER FULFILLING THOSE, NEW PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS SUDDENLY APPEARED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. iT BECAME INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS GENUINELY REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE WITHDRAWAL BECAUSE THE RULES SEEMED TO SHIFT CONTINUOUSLY. cOMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT ONLY ADDED TO THE STRESS. rESPONSES WERE EXTREMELY SLOW, OFTEN TAKING DAYS TO ARRIVE, AND WHEN THEY FINALLY DID, THEY RARELY ADDRESSED THE SPECIFIC ISSUE. mOST REPLIES WERE GENERIC, REPETITIVE, AND LACKED USEFUL DETAIL. iNSTEAD OF RECEIVING CLEAR EXPLANATIONS, i WAS OFTEN GIVEN VAGUE STATEMENTS ABOUT “INTERNAL REVIEWS,” “ACCOUNT VERIFICATION,” OR “UPDATED WITHDRAWAL POLICIES.” nONE OF THESE RESPONSES CLEARLY EXPLAINED WHY MY WITHDRAWAL REMAINED DELAYED. aS TIME PASSED, THE SITUATION BECAME MORE CONCERNING. tHE ENDLESS BACK-AND-FORTH, COMBINED WITH UNCLEAR COMMUNICATION AND CHANGING REQUIREMENTS, MADE THE ENTIRE PROCESS EXHAUSTING. wHAT INITIALLY FELT LIKE A SECURE AND EFFICIENT PLATFORM SLOWLY TURNED INTO A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE DEFINED BY UNCERTAINTY. cONFIDENCE IN THE PLATFORM STEADILY DECLINED AS IT BECAME CLEAR THAT RESOLVING THE ISSUE DIRECTLY THROUGH THEIR SUPPORT TEAM WAS LEADING NOWHERE. aFTER MULTIPLE FAILED ATTEMPTS TO HANDLE THE MATTER INDEPENDENTLY, i DECIDED TO SEEK OUTSIDE ASSISTANCE AND CONTACTED b𝔼a𝕂𝕀x. tHEY CAREFULLY REVIEWED MY SITUATION, EXPLAINED THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS CLEARLY, AND GUIDED ME THROUGH THE RECOVERY STEPS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. tHEIR COMMUNICATION WAS FAR MORE TRANSPARENT AND STRUCTURED, WHICH MADE A DIFFICULT SITUATION EASIER TO NAVIGATE. wITH THEIR HELP, i WAS EVENTUALLY ABLE TO SECURE MY REFUND SUCCESSFULLY. lOOKING BACK, THIS EXPERIENCE WAS DISAPPOINTING AND UNNECESSARILY STRESSFUL. a PLATFORM MAY APPEAR POLISHED AND TRUSTWORTHY AT FIRST, BUT THAT DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SMOOTH EXPERIENCE WHEN TRYING TO ACCESS YOUR OWN FUNDS. mY ADVICE TO OTHERS IS TO REMAIN CAUTIOUS, DO PROPER RESEARCH BEFORE COMMITTING MONEY, AND NEVER ASSUME THAT A PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE AUTOMATICALLY MEANS RELIABILITY. aLWAYS BE CAREFUL BEFORE PLACING TRUST IN PLATFORMS THAT MAKE WITHDRAWALS UNNECESSARILY DIFFICULT.

You cannot get support

You cannot get support. Their website claims 24 seven support, but that is not true. They’re lying about support. I wonder now what else they’re lying about. I’m very worried because I have an account with them and I have had a problem. it’s completely disappointing.

They're just stealing funds.

Do not try to use this platform, ordinary scammers. I have made a deposit from my bank account, and immediately disconnect your account from the crypto function. Now the funds are still in the Robinhood account and they do not plan to return mine.

Robinhood’s “$190 gold bar for $20” promo was frustrating. I joined exactly at 8:30 PM, added the item to cart immediately, then got stuck in two separate 15-minute hold queues. After waiting 30 minutes total, it finally said “Sold Out.” If inventory isn’t reserved after adding to cart, they should clearly say that upfront. Felt more like a lottery than a fair checkout process.

They're literally stealing money at this point. I was added to a paid membership without any consent and now they're flat-out refusing a refund. It's predatory and cheap. The app itself is okay but I can't stand the constant upsells and deals being pushed. I've had such a better, more honest experience on #Tradovern#. There's no hidden trash or constant pestering over there.

Did not have access to my account since…

Did not have access to my account since January 2026, tried that 650 number, but is a recording that tells you to log in to your account to resolve the issue, that's the problem in the first place. Sent several e-mails to support and they sent a generic answer " log in to your account to solve the issue". Terrible company, absolutely no customer service. All account holders should file a class action lawsuit to put this miserable company out of business.

Absolute one of the worst experiences…

Absolute one of the worst experiences of my life. If you read the terms of service they can terminate your account for zero reasons. I transferred bitcoin from my Robinhood account and they flagged as suspicious and sold all my positions (which now I have to pay tax on). There’s absolutely zero customer support as they lock you out with zero explanation. I will nEVER recommend Robinhood to anyone and will actively share my story with people to stay away!

Horrible. Don't do business here.

Dysfunctional. Screwed up. Horrible. Don't do business here. I can't log in. Everything is "suspicious". The only option given is to decline; no option to APPROVE log-in information. How the hell does Robinhood expect people to get to their account? NO ONE answers the so-called customer service phone -- just a recorded message that says to go to the app. But the app only lets you deny, not approve, a log in attempt. Who at Robinhood makes these decisions? What the are they smoking? Why haven't they been shut down for keeping people's money? Where is the Federal Trade Commission?
