Not even a one. Just got totally scammed. Booked and bought flights, got a notification months later to say they’d ‘rescheduled’ my flight to the next day but I could book another one free of charge if that one wasn’t convenient. Turned out that the flight I was originally on was still available (so why was I re-sheduled to the next day) but when I tried to re-book it I had to pay for my seats again! So basically I’ve paid for my seats twice - due a party of ten!
Very disappointed with the behaviour of a female member of staff at the Ryanair customer service desk at East Midlands Airport on Sunday 5 April 2026. My 12-year-old son has ASD, so we approached special assistance for help making sure he could sit with me during the flight. The special assistance staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Kerry, who kindly walked us over to the Ryanair desk. Unfortunately, the experience with the Ryanair desk staff was completely different. The woman behind the desk spoke loudly and dismissively in front of other passengers, repeatedly saying the flight was full, over capacity, and that she had passengers she needed to get onto the plane. We were calm throughout and had already explained that my partner was happy to sit separately if needed. The whole interaction made us feel like an inconvenience and caused unnecessary distress to my son, who later told me he had been shaking during the encounter. What made it worse was that, after insisting nothing could be done, she then changed the seating and seated me with my son anyway. Kerry from special assistance apologised to us afterwards despite having nothing to do with the situation and said herself that she was shocked by the behaviour. A little kindness and discretion would have made all the difference.
what's the point of a priority ticket when CHP ryan air staff don't even check it and confirm I have a cabin bag included. A staff was aggressively telling me my bag was over the limit despite it fitting the requirements. Look I get it economy world wide is hard and everyone want's to make a buck and I get it it's cheap but it's just insane to me that even though you buy additional add on's with this service you still get stepped on and treated like dirt congrats to that lady that made her commssion. Will try my best to avoid this airline in the future , I'd rather pay more than having to deal with unwelcoming customer service I hope ryan air train's their staff with better manners so other people don't have to deal with that shit. This is heads up to future customers this company is a scam go to other airlines.
Rigid booking system, cant amend , cant split the booking etc. I hate Ryanair with passion, but I have no alternative option than swallow my pride and use them again and again. Id give it a 0 if I could.. I cant, so its a very generous 1 for them greedy chops.
Hey, Love to see mostly only bad reviews here (not expecting anything else for sure 😂), but still the cheapest airline to get around :) I’m tired of those constant middle seat warnings if you don’t buy a seat in advance :))) I can sit in the toilet for a £10 cheaper ticket – I’d actually love to do that 😂 Please add a “sit in the toilet” option! Anyway, sometimes only one toilet works on the plane... Not sure how people can pay £20 for a seat on a 2-3 hour flight.. Hope you all had safe flights, everybody good @ Horosho :)

One of the worst flight experiences I’ve ever had. The delay itself was not the main issue — delays can happen with any airline. But everything else was extremely disappointing. The cabin crew looked very unprofessional and inexperienced. During most of the flight they were sitting in the back of the plane laughing loudly and not paying attention to passengers. Many people around us were visibly uncomfortable watching this behavior. What was even more concerning was the safety situation. There was heavy turbulence multiple times and the captain repeatedly instructed passengers to remain seated and fasten seatbelts. Despite these warnings, the cabin crew continued food and drink service as if nothing was happening. The aircraft also felt extremely cramped, with too many seats packed into a very small space, making the flight uncomfortable from start to finish. Overall, this airline felt disorganized, unprofessional, and careless about passenger comfort and safety.
Awful. I’ve flown 5 times with this airline in the last 3 years. Not one flight was on time. They never explain, even having the cheek to tell passengers when they get onboard that the delay will only get worse if they don’t take their seats immediately, they know! They’ve been sat in an airport lounge for an additional 2 or 3 hours because you’ve had some unknown, undeclared issue and simply don’t care about passengers enough to change. My latest horrendous ordeal at the hands of this shower was at Prague airport yesterday, delayed over an hour for no apparent reason, and then as we are boarding the plane I notice the tail wing has holes in it? No aviation expert but fly a lot and ever seen that before, and can say the fact we made it back to Manchester was the biggest relief of all. Horrendous experience, horrendous flight, useless crew. I’m done with them now. I’d rather spend £30-£100 more and actually get to where I’m meant to, by the time I’m supposed to. Ryanair are terrible.
If I could rate this company zero I would. Absolutely terrible service, almost a 9hr delay, no information at the airport, offered a sweet by a member of the crew but they were as clueless about any updates as the passengers. Then when we started boarding they didnt even let a lady travelling alone with 2 small children on first, shocking! Will never travel with this airline again.
While on a family trip abroad, they lost my luggage and all our items from 1 suitcase were not available for several days untill they found it and sent it back. they said we can claim some items during our stay to compensate for any missing items. I have claimed those items, and havent heart back for 2 weeks. I got in touch with customer service and their response to this was: "Our standard claims review time is 6 weeks. Thank you for your patience." Well then. Very quick to lose my bag and make reassuring empty promisses, not so quick to actually do anything or provide any customer service. Absolute disgrace!
I would like to personally make sure Michelle at Stansted Airport gets a review into her conduct. She was unhelpful and rude, due to her incompetence I had to pay an additional £110 fee which could have been avoided if she directed me to the right customer service desk, instead we waited for 50 mins to be told we had missed the 2 hour check in window which we could’ve avoided if she had actually listened to our issue and not just pushed us to one side. She was rude and incompetent, Ryan Airs policies are abusive and they rely on hefty fees for things that are ultimately their responsibility- e.g their app not functioning when trying to check in. I will not be flying with Ryan Air and hope Michelle seriously considers how she could be more useful and not as rude. Not a hard job, be better.
Very disappointing and distressing experience at Lanzarote Airport Terminal 1, Gate 4 on 15 May 2026 before boarding Ryanair flight FR251 to London Stansted. The staff working at Gate 4 displayed extremely unprofessional behaviour towards me and the person travelling with me. We experienced what felt like targeted harassment, intimidation and discriminatory treatment during the boarding process. We were spoken to aggressively and treated differently from other passengers without any valid reason. The situation was humiliating and upsetting, especially as it happened publicly in front of other travellers. No passenger should be made to feel intimidated or singled out while simply trying to board a flight. I expect airport and ground staff to behave professionally, respectfully and fairly towards all passengers, regardless of nationality or background. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below acceptable standards and seriously affected our journey. I hope the airport and Ryanair management investigates the conduct of the staff working at Gate 4 on that date and takes appropriate action to ensure other passengers do not experience similar treatment in the future.

FLIGHTS: £25 EACH WAY = £50 LUGGAGE = £58 EACH WAY = £116 I WEIGH 70KG AND RYANAIR CHARGES £50 FOR ME FOR MY 20KG LUGGAGE RYANAIR CHARGES £116!!!! The greediest low cost carrier in the world. They don’t even give you water for free. I understand that’s a low cost segment but prohibiting you even water is too much
I really need to speak with a HUMAN in customer service in Sweden but it is IMPOSSIBLE!! **crying** The chat gives me the same answer over and over again, no matter how I express myself! And when I call the number, the same data voice tells me to look under Q&A - where the're are no answars to my problem!!
