I had my make-up done today by Conor in the Cardiff store. From start to finish he was absolutely amazing! The tips and guidance he gave me to achieve a glowy and natural look was second to none! He’s extremely talented & knows his way around a make-up brush. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and have my make-up done by him! Highly recommend ✨😍🥰 Thank you so much again Conor xx
Absolute waste of money. Not only was the product anything like the avert (a rich cream) it was a product brand EELHOE which can be bought on Amazon or eBay for around £5. I payed £31. It was thin and watery and you are supposed to set the eyelid in place using a plastic prong once the cream had set. No mention of this in the advert. This incidentally didn’t work anyway. I contacted the company with my complaint who were supposed to refund me 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting!!

That's my first time going to your store. It was very nice but the makeup mess my skin up never again, so I went to with Chinese dermatologists. I am 100% satisfied for its facial body here in skin products.I will always buy life from them.Even toothpaste😗😗😗💯💯💯 thank God I found the perfect people customer service how to villain deal with people's skin, they full of s***

Sephora is great, but working with Evri delivery drops the quality of their services, because Evri is not a trustworthy company. Every time I ordered next day and paid for it it was a mess. Right now, I ordered next day . 2 days have passed and the pachet didn't arrive yet and it's still in the depo, not out for delivery.

Very poor experience and unprofessional and she was a supervisor. I wanted a specific color lipliner and she said whatever we have is all there nothing in the back or underneath. So I asked a different associate. How funny that she found the product I was looking for.
I placed an order and after a week they said my order was undeliverable and they resent the order. I needed to wait an extra week to receive my order and they not even didn’t put any compensation items in the box the didn’t even put my free samples in it. The quality of this company is below zero. From now I can guarantee I’ll only shop from Ultra. Nice job Sephora you guys should be very proud of yourself.
Unacceptably awful customer service, they truly do not care about your experience or whether you get what you paid for, including things like shipping guarantees. I will not shop somewhere that will happily take my money while making no effort at all to make sure they provide what was promised.
When weighing cost-per-wear against sheer quantity, I always recommend the Sephora Savings Event over drugstore hauls. While I do admit, drugstore brands are stepping up their game, high-end and legacy brands often win on a per-ml basis. The innovation is latest/superior, and the formulas are “typically” more effective. My secret is simple: do not hoard just save, stock up, and invest in quality. It’s easier on the pocket and better for your skin. The savings event surfaces twice a year and easily helps cover all 4 seasons! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Had a great experience at Sephora Metrocentre tonight was looking for the green packaged eyeshadow. Told Steph and she knew exactly what I wanted we tried some shades and picked 2 of them then saw the lipgloss found frosty bi**h and loved it so I got that aswell. Thank you Steph for your help. I will be back for the body glitter thing lol.
I have been a loyal customer of Sephora for decades and have spent a lot of money here. However, based on principle alone, I refuse to buy anything at this store again. I’m not one that returns product often. I went into the Bedford, NH Market Street location (no, not Kohl’s) to make a return. Apparently, I was 2 days over their 30 day return policy, yes- 48 hours past. They wouldn’t allow me to return the unopened items, because it was 2 days past. I asked if there was any way to override this, as a loyal customer, I didn’t know about such a strict, small window of opportunity to return items. My items were unused/unopened. I had the receipt, and of note, there was NO RETURN POLICY LISTED ON THE RECEIPT FOR CUSTOMERS TO READ THAT SAID THERE IS A STRICT 30 DAY WINDOW OF RETURN AFTER WHICH TIME NO RETURNS OR STORE CREDITS WOULD BE ISSUED. Nope, they refused, wouldn’t even take back the items and give me a store credit, which still allows Sephora to profit. I called Sephora customer service and the agent in the phone stated the same as the Bedford Store Manager. I believe 99 percent of businesses can override these things in their system or in the very least to keep a customer happy and coming back, offer some sort of solution. Maybe an in store gift card or a discount to be used at a future purchase? Instead, they offered nothing, but “I wish there was something we could do for you, but unfortunately there isn’t”. So now I refuse to purchase anything from Sephora again, just in principle alone and such an awful customer service experience.
