The customer service at TC Harrison is excellent, from the lady at reception asking us for drinks while waiting and meeting with Maria, and Maria who was very professional and friendly. Talking about the mobility scheme process and ordering our brilliant Puma EV was a great experience. I cannot fault the service provided by TC Harrison and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Very friendly staff. When i bought my fiesta i thought i would get a hand book and normal.paper work so i could read up on the car it self and also didnt get the paper mot when asking the guy who dealt with me he said there was no stuff with the car which i thought strange for buying a 72 plate car. Apart from that i love the car

Excellent friendly customer service, no pressure sales we could take time looking. Alan and Harry took time to insure they met our needs with the car. Once agreed to purchase they kept us informed of delivery and on collection good after sales service and enjoying the car.
Tom was really helpful and great to deal with. Unfortunately the service department were supposed to have charged the battery as the warning light was showing prior to being bought.When we picked it up the light was still showing and so we were advised to give it a long run.We did and had to charge it ourselves afterwards.despite that it had to be returned as the warning light came on within days. Tom managed to get the service department to look at it and they advised it was ok and just needed charging.They charged it and yet within 2 days the warning light has come again.

Just got my new Jaecoo, and so far I’m really pleased with it. It feels like a great deal for the price and definitely worth the buy. The ride is very smooth and comfortable, and I’m enjoying driving it more each day. I’m still getting to know all the features and settings, especially the Sat Nav, which is a bit complicated when trying to connect it with Waze. I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it soon though. Overall, very happy with the purchase so far!
