Great products but the surprise gift was disappointing

The delivery was pretty quick and I love the products - have really transformed my reactive skin. I knocked one point off because the much hyped surprise free gift was not a good one for me. All the products on my order were for sensitive skin - however the gift they selected was a spot serum - totally useless for me. I know it was a freebie, but the packer could have given it a tiny bit of thought when choosing what to put in there. I did mention my disappointment on social media and they were not really bothered- told me to gift it to someone else. UPDATE: I was contacted after this review and I was sent a couple of freebies to try which I am delighted with. Sometimes businesses get it wrong, but they did say they realised this particular offer was a bit of gamble and it was the first time they had done a promotion of this nature. So they did listen. I have amended my rating from 4 to 5 stars as they Tropic really surpassed themselves with their customer service.
