I ordered a new strap, which arrived very quickly. Sadly I had made an error, ordering one with a 20mm lug, not a 21mm as I should have. I contacted customer services, Elliot and Sarah, who were both excellent. I returned the strap and a new (proper size) was sent in its place. No fuss, just great customer service. The new strap fits perfectly, is great quality and looks great, so much so I will be ordering another for a different watch, hopefully not making the same mistake. I would have no hesitation in recommending both the strap and the service provided.
