The customer service was great. They were responsive and communicated clearly by email. My product was still under warranty though I didn't want to replace it if I didn't have to. They provided troubleshooting options for the problem I was having though I did not have any luck and they had sent a replacement unit under warranty.

Product died at 1 year (powers on, but no ports worked). Quick discussion with their tech support led to a new one being sent out (and they refunded the amount to send in the broken one). I'd prefer that it hadn't died, but the service was definitely a positive
