Unfortunately, our AX3000 stopped working in winter. After explaining the issue to the support, they sent us a new one immediately. We just had to send the faulty one back.

I had a problem with one of their products under warranty and contacted them by email. I was a little skeptical seeing that the contact was in the USA and I'm in Spain, but they immediately helped me try to fix the problem, and when they saw that it wasn't working properly, they offered to replace it. In less than three days, I had a new product in my hands.

Outstanding customer service assistance! I had an issue with my original WL-UMD28, contacted customer service, and they responded the same day and resolved my problem quickly. This does not happen often after the product has been delivered. Highly recommend the WAVLink as well. It was easy to install and use on Windows 11 platform - true plug&play.

I had a problem with my Wi-Fi adapter. I sent an email to the company. They replied almost instantly, even though there is a 6-hour time difference. Within four days, they sent me a new Wi-Fi adapter free of charge, which solved my problem. The person who replied to my emails was very polite and friendly. I felt like I was a “premium” customer. 5/5 stars.
I was impressed and pleased with my UTD45 until the day it stopped working. Things happen. After contacting customer service, I was issued an expedient replacement. I can only say that the service accommodation and responsiveness was the best I have dealt with in a few years from any company. They are top notch.

the person who helped me from another country was so good explaining in detail how to connect my wavelink to a new modem, have had it for a few yrs but i couldnt get it to work/connect, thank god for facebook with pictures sent, my daughter suggested it, happy stress is all gone as im elderly and dont cope well with digital things,cant thank your staff and lifetime support freely given
