The support staff people are excellent. Quick response to answer my questions. Very helpful indeed. I was setting up in repeater mode.with no success. It turned out that the problem wasn't the ac600. The setup wasn't showing the page to choose the network. I tried countless times. Finally the next day when i tried again it worked perfectly and the page to choose the network appeared. Everything was fine after that. After note. The sun's high solar radiation in the last few days was probably the cause for the internet not working properly. Anyway the ac600 range extender works perfectly and i can now connect to internet in my backyard. Also my security camera which often didn't work because of the long distance from my house now works great.
I bought a Wavlink HDMI dual-display adapter in 2023. In 2024, I switched from Windows to iOS, and then my device stopped working. The customer team supported me right away when I emailed them, which surprised me a lot. Then, in early 2026, one day, my adapter suddenly stopped working. I tried to fix it, but since my warranty already expired, I was a little bit hesitant to contact them. I bought a new adapter, but it still didn't work. I think my Wavlink device is not the problem. I emailed them today, and after 2 hours, they replied to me right after they began working hours. Lucky me that, after following their guidance, I was able to fix the adapter connection, so the problem comes from my Mac update, not from their device, which proves their product quality is good, and, of course, their customer service is 5-star ^^. Will continue to purchase more Wavlink products in the future. Truly respect!!
