Never received my order and had to go through my bank to get my money back because your customer care team was the absolute worst
Terrible system. Only gives you 15 minutes to cancel an order but doesn’t actually give you the option to cancel so when you email them, they take 1.5hours to reply back by which you’ve missed the cancellation timeframe. It’s an absolute joke of a system.

I’ve been a gold member since December and still have yet to receive the free gift I choose at checkout or get a “surprise” gift with every purchase and I’ve ordered 4 times since 5 then. The quality of the clothes is what keeps me from ordering but just be mindful when looking at the fabrics cause they are using polyester for some pieces. I find the essential pieces don’t have the best stitching or at least from what I received. I received it with loose thread on the inside seam. I’ve also split a pair of their leggings after a couple wears. On top of that, every package I’ve received has arrived damaged with holes in the packaging. With my most recent order the clothes were exposed. Hopefully not damaged. I wish I could put pictures…

I rely on Women’s Best shape, body shake for breakfast every single day. When I run out of it, I get so sad. I try to buy at least three bags at a time, especially when they are running a great sale. It makes a really great meal replacement it’s clean and it feels good and it keeps me full. I also love the sportswear and sometimes treat myself to nice leggings or a hoodie.
The ordering was easy. The delivery was in good time. I love the product I order every time.

Awesome customer service! Overall satisfied with my purchase. I love the logo so much but kind of wish the brand had a better name because it’s kind of weird to say “Women’s Best” when asked what I’m wearing.
