Both items I ordered had a terrible smell, perhaps some chemicals. The order took quite a long time to reach the UK. Also, these big companies should be ashamed to charge the consumer £6.99 for a return instead of absorbing the costs themselves. The return process is archaic, as they ask to print the label and a return slip. I ordered leggings and a sports bra. The leggings would’ve been decent if not for an impractically low waist. The sports bra gapes in places, and the stitching is messy. The logo of Women’s Best overall is nonsensical, such an unclear mark, clearly not designed by a professional designer.
Bought so many things over the years and this last order was a complete disappointment with the clothes quality. As well as the shaker. It was advertised as blue and it's grey.. The shorts have pulled strings on them, the plastic bag that they come in used to be high quality that you could reuse and now its very flimsy and poor quality. The same goes with the boxes, used the be the prettiest orders with gloss coating inside and lovely pictures of women empowerment. Not anymore! Plain white inside and the cardboard is not great quality as well.. Simply not the same anymore

Really quick delivery and the website was easy to use. I have ordered both L and XL in the past from this website and I don't notice much of a difference, both are extremely tight on me and I usually wear L. Still, the clothes are really good quality and I would order again.

I have been a customer since 2021 and recently bought new gym clothes the sizing and quality of fabric did not leave me feeling satisfied it’s very sad I don’t think I will be buying more clothes form women’s best Sady.
Love everything I get from here. I just wouldn’t recommend the butt scrunch because they rip. Every single pair I’ve gotten with butt scrunch as has had the plastic part come off. I’ll be taking those to a seamstress to fix.
This was my first time purchasing from Womens Best. I paid $20 for standard delivery. FedEx left a delivery attempted card in the mail box. Someone was home. Collection of something I paid $20 delivery for now becomes my problem. I work full time. I have had 5 parcels delivered in the past week and all good, except this one. When businesses are online only delivery is a key component of customer service
Shipped quick but, took some time to actually be delivered. Products are very nice.
My order number 651028EU came broken and I sent a proof picture. I can’t wear it at all and they don’t answer for refund! This is not good quality at all and the sizes don’t match at all. It is way too big. Don’t trust this website, there is better somewhere else 😢

I love Women’s Best, but I’m really disappointed that they changed their site to where you had to place separate orders for nutrition vs clothing.
