My personalized routine has changed not only my skin but my confidence in ways I never were possible. I’m 36 and have always struggled with horrible acne. Once being honest and sending in the (terrible) pictures of my skin and receiving my routine everything changed. It took about a month for other people to start noticing, however; I noticed in about 2 weeks. I’ve been realistic with it - missing a few days or nights here and there..because..life - it’s been almost 5 months and I can confidently say my skin has never looked or felt better. For the first time in my life I’m getting compliments on my skin. So thank you, Curology. I love you.

Both Abby & Amy were amazing! I received a new custom formula that I use on my face for my acne, as I do every 3 months, however this one felt super grainy. It felt as if I were rubbing sand on my face, which is very odd because it has always been super smooth. I reached out to the Curology Success Team and had the pleasure of speaking with Abby & Amy on my issue. They were happy to send me a new bottle AND a prepaid shipping label for me to send my original bottle back to them, so they could review it. Talk about going above and beyond! This type of customer service is especially hard to come by these days, and it really meant everything to me that they actually cared. They locked me in as a lifelong customer! Thank you for being human beings and having care in your hearts. :)
