Amazing quality products. Delivery has always been on time or early and the customer service team is very helpful.
If I could give them 1 star I would! So disappointing. I order 6 items at may 6 and my last order update was at 8 of may. I try communicating with their email support but nothing worked. The bot was telling my the same things over and over again. When I could finally speak with Angela she never responded me back as a result to continue talking with the useless bot. They told me that the could send me my order again as it was lost through the transfer and told me that I should have received an email tracking telling my that my order was being delivered. An email I never received! I am still trying to speak with them but every time I try to send them an email, a notification appears to my screen telling me that my email has failed. I am very disappointed from the whole story and because I have lost all my money. I would NEVER order from gymshark again.

Ordered the C-Bum jacket and got a confirmation order within 1 minute of the release (early release for Tier system). Gymshark failed to fulfil my order and when I asked customer services for help they told me "your order was out of stock at the point of fulfilment". So ordering early has nothing to do with getting a new release. I was given no further explanation or help and was told "we've given you a discount code we can't so any more". The discount code given was 20% off and only valid for 1 month. Customer services were quite rude and have left me very disappointed after being excited for a new release and getting my order in so quickly so I could secure the jacket. Not really what I expected from such a large brand.

Perfect service! Seam was torn. After reclamation I could chose between a refund or new product. New legging was sent with priority. Very much appreciated.
Where to start firstly replies mainly from.AI Chat bots. Returned three items for store credit not knowing how bad service was one of them sent out in their mistake. Now only recieved two credits. When asked about third they asked me for proof of postage which I supplied. Then said it was not suitable. It was an image of an official royal mail reciept with tracking codes. Awful service I am now stuck with credit so will be looking some sort of recompense for their mistakes.
Terrible customer service. My parcel return was to somewhere that dint even accept parcels i was told when I got there. The lifting club in Solihull. I was then asked to come roundto the head office to try and help, who also couldn't accept my parcel. The best the receptionist could do was set me up on a chat bot. I won't be using you again.
Swift delivery of items. When an incorrect item was delivered, Customer's service sorted the problem extremely quickly. Great service!
