I live in a first floor flat and was at home. The postman tried to deliver my small parcel on the Monday but he was too late as the door to the building was locked for the evening. The next morning it arrived well in time around 11.00 am so 10 out of 10 for the postman. I received totally the wrong information from you however, that I had to drive to the other side of Uxbridge to pick it up from the Post Office depot, that it would be open all day and that it would have to be picked up within 7 days. The Uxbridge depot is only open 2 hours per day from 8.00 am to 10.00 am which I luckily happened to know. When I drove there in the morning rush hour which took a very, very long time, the parcel wasn't there at all because our trusty postman had already delivered it at home while I was still out struggling with major traffic queues. I am 75 so I would never normally go into Uxbridge at that time of day. When I turned up at the depot the lady at the pick up point took a very long time to look for this parcel and by that time the queue was well out the door. She of course eventually found out that our nice postman had already gone out and it would be delivered later that morning..... When I arrived home it had already been delivered to our flat... The product was Olaplex which is always very good.
My parcel never arrived and wasn’t given any explanation as to why or refund information.
I bought a redone hair product and was for the price expecting a normal sized bottle but I received a holiday /trial size product instead.....Very poor.

I purchased foundation but only to realize it did not match my skin tone. I wanted to return it and repurchase different shades but I was told I am unable to do so which is really silly because how am I supposed buy foundation with confidence that it would be my shade.
