Package not delivered

I placed an order and the package was not delivered. Then I contacted the Corporate Office at 888-600-5779. They are the ones who helped me out. 5/01/2026.

One of the biggest issues I have with…

One of the biggest issues I have with Lowes and their Service Pro installers is that they refuse to tell the customer the square footage of their property. I don't understand this. This should be transparent information and makes both Lowes and any contract appear to sketchy. They have to repeatedly come out to measure and remeasure all the time, but refuse to keep this information or share it with the customer.
