Well at 1st it started slow I walked to customer service & asked if someone could be called to the aisle I was in I waited about 5 mins know 1 showed so I walked over to see if I could find someone & I did I found Anthony he came over with me I pointed out what I was looking for he checked everything & took his time with us till he found our item which said it was in stock according to your app he never gave up looking we found it & he was happy he did & so are we its been a month since going back & forth to your store finally had someone willing to take the time & help us now that’s customer service. Thank You Anthony
My delivery came in for my refrigerator today and they were great. They put it in real quick. They set it up and they were awesome. They even showed us how to activate the ice box and put in my water filter. They were great. They put it all together and they picked up after themselves and they were great. I will give them a 10 but I would like to have them to have a 20 I believe one of the drivers is Jamal and his other driver. Name.I don’t get.
I went to the store in Corpus Christi to buy window ac’s. They were so very helpful and informed about what they sold. I walked out with 2 units and a very good experience. I had gone to another like store first and left cause they knew nothing about what they sold.
My Daughter had no water in her house. It was Sunday and the Lowes in South Orangetown in Rockland County NY was closing. I came to the door as they were locking up. I explained that my Daughter and Grand kids had no water and I needed a part to do the repair. Instead of turning me away they let me in and I got the part and paid then left. I was the only customer in the store. My Daughter and grand kids would have had to go to a motel , instead everyone slept in their own beds Sunday night. I am grateful.

Lavonne Glass customer service and personality was top tier at the Killeen, Texas location! We needed assistance in the sliding door section and she was able to help us better than the person who actually worked in the section when we came with questions a few days prior. Even though she works in appliances, she got us just what we needed, walked us over to the Pro Team, we ordered our door and it came early. We were truly blessed she came into work that day!
