I’ve ordered a number of things … clothes, jewelry, household items, etc. Considering the price, the quality is better than expected. On the couple of occasions I had a problem with an order, they responded immediately and were very customer-service oriented.
I was kind of suspicious right from the start, but after reading other people's reviews I don't think I will bother. These people sound like they have every intention of separating their customers from their money with absolutely no shame. There should be some legal recourse to punish the folks who run this site, or at least force the site out of business.

Recommend finding alternatives other than temu. I participated in a campaign that I completed, and then I wanted to get my cashback, but then an item I bought was canceled (Which is not my fault) but their warehouse.. I contact them and they say it is not their fault, and offer me 70 DKK instead of the 1,200 DKK that I was entitled to. Their customer service is really unprofessional. Their campaigns are a scam, stay away.
Scam and customer abuse for defective item (Order [PO-208-00882974664310272]) I received a broken mouse and provided full video proof. Temu support refuses to refund my money to my bank card, demanding an international return. I am located in Ukraine during a war, international shipping of a 10$ broken item back to China is physically impossible and costs more than the item itself! Support says "the seller demands a return". I don't care about the seller, I paid Temu. This is systemic fraud and violation of consumer rights. I demand a full refund to my original payment method immediately. Order ID: [PO-208-00882974664310272].
I am never going to purchase from Temu again. There are items that I paid for and never received. On the other hand, I received items that I did not order. I'm simply not satisfied with the purchase. 5

I ordered a hedge trimmer some weeks ago, which should have been delivered by the 20th May at the latest. It did not come as I suspect it is a scam seller. I have tried to contact customer services, but they ignore me. I now have to wait 10 days for a refund. Makes me believe they are complicit in the crime, in my opinion. What an awful organization, one I'll never use again.
I have enjoyed and shopped on Temu for a long time. I have noticed that prices when you add an item to your cart are more than the listing price. That coupled with terrible package delivery, I am better off sticking with Amazon or eBay. I really want Temu to work, but it just doesn't. When your package sits in one place for a week and they can't help you is just unacceptable.
