Temu is refusing to give me my own money. Money I earned. Money they themselves confirmed in writing they would pay me. And I have the receipts. I was an affiliate. I worked. I delivered. They counted every conversion. They had no problem paying me — until suddenly, they didn't. On March 20, my earlier withdrawal of ~$2,500 was successfully completed to my PayPal. Hours later that same day, I submitted my final withdrawal — $770 — to the same PayPal account. It's been stuck in "Processing" ever since. 60+ days. Nowhere. Same account. Same payment method. Same day they had just paid me a much bigger amount. And this $770 — vanished into thin air. So I asked why. And here's where it gets disturbing. I received TWO completely opposite official statements, in writing, from two different Temu agents: 📩 Agent #1 (March 22): "Any pending withdrawals will be processed and completed as quickly as possible." 📩 Agent #2 (May 19): Removed influencers "are not eligible to withdraw their funds." So which is it, Temu? Are pending withdrawals processed, as your own agent confirmed in writing? Or are they not, as another agent now claims? Both can't be true. And don't pretend the second statement is some real policy — because you completed every other one of my post-termination withdrawals without issue, including the much bigger one just hours before this one was submitted. The "policy" is invented when convenient. I escalated. I sent them their own contradictory statements. I gave them every piece of evidence. Their final response? "We are unable to support the specific request at this time." No reason. No policy citation. No accountability. Just — keeping the money. This isn't a refund dispute. This isn't a shipping complaint. This is Temu deciding, at will, to keep money that belongs to someone else. And gaslighting them with contradictory explanations while doing it. If you're an influencer or affiliate thinking about working with Temu — read this twice. They can decide, at any moment, that your earned commissions are no longer yours. And they will give you two different reasons why, depending on which agent picks up your ticket.
I made a $17.00 purchase, that I never received. However, my card was fraudulently charged over $200, for 5 additional transactions, that I didn't authorize. I disputed the 5 additional transactions. Temu sent my bank "compelling evidence" of delivery. My dispute continues. I will NEVER order from them again!
Been buying from Temu for a few years now and their products are very good affordable bedding and quality clothing that are complimented so I am quite amazed at the poor reviews
As a customer, I’ve made several purchases over the past couple of years. However, it always says claim your free items which never arrives. Credits always comes with making an additional purchase. So, free items has never been received!!!
Hello Temu Escalation Team, I am filing a formal complaint regarding return order TEM2605670851. Facts: 1. On 30.03.2026 I returned the item using the return label provided by Temu, via Expargo. Barcode image is attached as proof. 2. Your system shows “package not found” and live chat agents claim “you did not ship it”. 3. I have full proof of shipment: barcode, label, and Expargo receipt. Legal position: This is a Temu system error, not a customer fault. You provided the label and carrier. Under Temu’s own Return Policy and consumer protection law, once the package is handed to the carrier with your label, the risk and responsibility transfer to Temu. Refusing the refund based on “no tracking” is unlawful. Demand: 1. Forward this to your warehouse/tech team immediately to verify receiving records for barcode TEM2605670851. 2. Process the refund of 498.31 AZN to my original payment method within 48 hours. 3. Provide a written confirmation once done. If I do not receive a resolution within 48 hours, I will escalate this to: • My bank for chargeback • Trustpilot, BBB, and consumer protection authorities • Legal action for breach of contract Attached: Barcode image, return label, shipment receipt. Order ID: TEM2605670851 Shipment date: 30.03.2026 Account Temu: saiqturan2 Regards, Elshad Iman Phone: +994502115821
Scam they made me play a game for a hour just for a 5% off scam website Never buying from this again
Temu, draws you in stating you’ve won $100. You only have to purchase a couple items for a small total price. I’ve filled a Cart And in order to get the bonus you have to spend 75% - 80% of the bonus. You get a discount but it you compare prices of your bonus cart to a regular cart, you’ll find what I believe to be Price manipulation. No proof, but I am prepared to get it. Just waiting for a lawsuit for unfair trade practices. Temu will spam you with texts and emails,
Almost everything I've ordered is not what is says it is, cheaply made products, I'm very disappointed, I will tell all my friends not to buy because it's all a rip off!!! It's a money trap!!! I'll not buy from them again, hard lesson learned!!!
Only buy from Temu when you don't care when an order arrives. They have no honor, breech your trust often and believe a apology from AI bot covers all of their faults and sins. Their delivery makes no sense compounded by the sub par delivery of the USPS. Temu customer service is powerless to help an continually quotes to you available information about your delivery. If time doesn't matter buy from Temu and if you are an informed shopper you can save on somethings. Beware of the promotions, most things require more orders to get the in reward. 😠 Don't leave your charge card on their site things can get charged you didn't approve. It goes on and on. Sorry it is what it is and the are aware and just don't care 😡
Generally used to be good and straight forward, including the promotions and free gifts, pick the gifts spend x amount and get the gifts, simple recently this has changed dramatically pick three items then spend x to unlock, do it then spend x more to unlock and again and again, it's now just trying to trick you into spending over and over to get the gift items but you'll never unlock them, I refunded everything and closed the account, they can do one now
In short it's all cheap junk from China. Over the last few months I've ordered several items for the summer and the 250th Anniversary of the USA. Their advertised bathing suits are just cheap gym shorts with no liners. One pair i bought didn't even match the advertized photo. Their golf shirts with USA logos and flags on the sleeves are a joke. The flag on the sleeve had over 100 stars on it? Guess they don't research that stuff in China. I ordered 6 pairs of faux Maui Jim sunglasses that were advertised to come with a black case and a cleaning cloth. i got 6 pairs of glasses, no cases and 1 cleaning cloth. So as you can see, I gave them a try but their products are pure crap. Cheaply made and false advertising. Save you money and buy American made products.
If I could do less then 1 star,I would. You can't get in touch with a human and when you do they can't help you..I canceled orders and they sent 13.01 for the 1 order and then charged me again for it and I got nothing...I am on disability and I don't have the energy for this. Don't buy from temu ....calling someone for sure
Overall, Temu is a great company to buy from, there are pitfalls you need to avoid. 1) Never do the promotions: The wheel, buy ? and get free, get credit, etc... Also, phones and small tablets don't help you see all the details about products. Computers make it easier to determine sizes, material made from, etc.. to get a more accurate depiction of items sold. Almost all the pictures can be deceiving. Research is paramount for full satisfaction. You need to check how many items a company has sold, read reviews that offer detail, and don't expect local items to arrive faster than items shipped from overseas. Last, you get one full refund per order, most often they post it as credit to their site, so make sure not to place more than one questionable product per order so you can get a full refund. In short, I recommend this company, they do have some poor quality items but doing research will save you hassles. I'm a four year customer.
Had to order 2 products/items and I'd get a e300 coupon. Never seen it. Stop the fake advertisment to make people buy... Yes, I knew it was a lie, but still... A promise is a promise, Temu!
I filed a review last week, nothing came of it. To tell the truth I ordered some stuff was charged but there is no record of it. As for the free stuff they offer, where is it ? I was charged for a 2 pack of rechargeable flashlights never received them, I was charged for silver bars never received them , but they lie to you. Cheat you out of your money and steal what they offer you..please correct th8s & you will get a good review. Other than those problems it is an app I will keep using.. Thank you Sincerely Dennis Palmer
