Analysing reviews...
I love Temu but they never send the so called free gifts just the ones were charged for. Im not even participating in their games anymore.
I’ve ordered a number of things … clothes, jewelry, household items, etc. Considering the price, the quality is better than expected. On the couple of occasions I had a problem with an order, they responded immediately and were very customer-service oriented.
Been buying from Temu for a few years now and their products are very good affordable bedding and quality clothing that are complimented so I am quite amazed at the poor reviews
Overall, Temu is a great company to buy from, there are pitfalls you need to avoid. 1) Never do the promotions: The wheel, buy ? and get free, get credit, etc... Also, phones and small tablets don't help you see all the details about products. Computers make it easier to determine sizes, material made from, etc.. to get a more accurate depiction of items sold. Almost all the pictures can be deceiving. Research is paramount for full satisfaction. You need to check how many items a company has sold, read reviews that offer detail, and don't expect local items to arrive faster than items shipped from overseas. Last, you get one full refund per order, most often they post it as credit to their site, so make sure not to place more than one questionable product per order so you can get a full refund. In short, I recommend this company, they do have some poor quality items but doing research will save you hassles. I'm a four year customer.
Very hit or miss but the cheap prices gives this website a 4 star. I always have to remind myself Temu is just a marketplace, not the seller.
