I signed up electricity and 2 X mobile phone planes. It was ooth and easy . The rates are lowest and services are the best. Highly recommend AGL.
Honestly, These guys not for Customers Satisfaction. Been with them for years , but negative. They dont serve what you want, they take from us whatever they want.

Seamless moving experience and great transparent rates! As a newcomer to Australia, I was looking for a seamless way to set up my home utilities. Refused to Honor Entitled Discount I had a very disappointing experience with AGL. I was entitled to a senior discount, but it was never applied to my account. When I contacted AGL, I was initially told that Services Australia could not confirm my residential address. To resolve this, I visited Services Australia in person and was clearly informed that my details were correct and there should be no issue confirming my eligibility. Despite this, AGL failed to apply the discount. When I contacted them again, I was told that no refund would be issued because I no longer have an active account with them. This is not acceptable. The discount was owed during the period I was their customer, and closing the account does not remove their responsibility to correct the error. I expect this matter to be reviewed and the appropriate refund to be issued.
My daughter had an account with AGL with our internet and has put my name down 4 times as /nd person on the account. Every time I ring to question something they say oh sorry you’re not on this account!!!!’ So what do they do with this information baffles me useless company would not recommend this company to my worst enemy honestly ABSOLUTELY USELESS….

If I could give a zero or negative rating, I absolutely would. After cancelling my account and vacating the property, I continued to receive bills months later. When I contacted them to dispute these charges, the experience was extremely frustrating. I was met with a representative who struggled to communicate clearly and repeatedly gave the same response: that there were no notes on the system confirming I had moved out. This is despite the fact that there are records showing I had already disputed a power bill on the basis that the property was vacant, yet I was still being charged the full amount as if it were occupied. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to properly manage customer records is unacceptable. Proceed with caution—this company operates in a way that feels highly exploitative
Extreme high prices! Almost 700$ per 3 months and I am living by myself in a 2b2b. Doesn’t make any sense. Even when I left home for 2 months the bill was the same. Closing the account is also a long process and they are making me wait one week
