Am with AGL earlier and hop on to different providers and joining with AGL back again due to the competitive price and the welcome bonus they offer to customers and also good and prompt customer service as well.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Just received an email saying they have switched me to monthly billing. They didn't ask. They didn't call. Just told me that "it's for my benefit". Ohhh.. and if you are one day late, $12 penalty applies...each and every month if you are late. This is just plain and simple rorting like Coles tried to do. This is an absolute dog-turd of a company. AVOID. AGL Response: Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. You should have received notice that your billing was going to change. With monthly bills you'll be able to break them into smaller payments and make budgeting easier. Thank you, Darren Yeah, thanks Darren. No one asked you for this. We received no notice. You're absolutely full of it. I want quarterly billing back.

I am with AGL last few years and found better service with them always, especially customer service in my difficult times like overdue bill payment extension, set up arrangement with them always customer service team helped me. Also, mobile apps have outstanding features you can check your bills and track your energy uses and everyday cost. Thank you AGL.
I called this company twice when choosing an electricity provider and was given specific rates for my house and I wrote them all down and chose AGL based on those rates. Once my electricity was connected and I checked my plan on the app the rates were higher than what I was told. This is completely ridiculous. I specifically double checked the rates twice with them before accepting their plan and was clearly tricked. Leaving them!
