Easy to submit claim. Easy process.
I had to cancel and reschedule my trip. Allianz makes it next-to-impossible to get a refund.
It is always easy to purchase annual travel plan for my travels. I never had to file a claim for myself, but filed a claim for my wife . It was easy, received a quick reimbursement for a hospital visit in Europe.
I purchased a policy to refund airfare if we were unable to travel due to illness. We had to cancel, and my claim was processed in 2 days!
I was extremely disappointed that my cancellation was not honored for 1/2 fare for my husband and I. The total amount was $150 ($75/person). My daughter was having a baby and we were uncertain as to the date, so I purchased this insurance thinking it would give us a safety net. We were denied. I would never purchase again and will definitely advise others that is it not worth it.
I vacationed in the Dominican Republic and the day I was supposed to fly home the flight got cancelled until the next day. I had to stay an extra day and had to book another nights stay at an all inclusive resort. I filed a claim with Allianz to be reimbursed once I returned home. I provided documentation and Allianz reviewed all the receipts and reimbursed me for my loss. I’m happy with my decision to purchase trip interruption insurance and will purchase it every time I take a trip out of the country for sure.

horrible customer service and takes so long just for them to decline, i got into a car accident and dont have transportation to go to my event anymore but they asked for A DOCTORS NOTE, I NEVER WENT TO THE HOSPITAL
I have been purchasing trip and concert event ticket insurance for the last several years never expecting to need it. Well , in May I needed my two tickets refunded due to an emergency health issues. I attached my doctors note to the claim. I filed everything online. My request was acknowledged within a couple of hours, my full refund was approved and credited back to my account on day three or four after submitting my claim! I will continue to use this company for all my concert tickets and travel insurance coverage needs. Thank you Allianz for making this experience uncomplicated.
I had to cancel my trip to Ireland for health reasons. I received my refund so quickly, I was amazed. I have used Allianz Partners several times and will continue to do so. Thank you so much!!!!
