I would give a negative review if possible. THIS IS THEIR RESPONSE Your plan excludes coverage for any loss that results directly or indirectly from the event being cancelled or delayed by the venue or promoter for any reason. I know better than to ever waste my money on this plan .
No need to use
This company refund my money I was not able to attend to my concert because my dog got sick. I uploaded all the documents for my vet, and in a couple days I had my refund.
Still have not got my check, over a month!

I was pleasantly surprised how well it went with Allianz. My wife was suffered some significant injuries while in Colorado. The emergency medical transport team was very responsive and helpful. Our case manager, Sid was tremendously helpful, thorough and pleasant. The nurse who effectuated the transport, Paula was amazing. Lastly, the claim process was a bit slow but ultimately paid my trip interruption expenses that i received to date.
