I haven’t received my refund check from my ticket insurance with Allianz. Even though my policy was processed and completed and said the check was processed a month ago. I have reached out many times about it and no one follows through or cares Where is my check?!!!
Paid claim. Process wasn’t 100 percent smooth or clear, but it got paid in about 2 weeks.

They would not pay the claim. Waste of money. You have to lie to make the claim work. So i am out $650.00 on tickets. It is a joke.
It was easy to make my Lain and I had money in my account that day! Can't say it'd always be that fast but I was impressed.

Fail ….. paid for insurance and they did not stand behind the policy. Event cancelled, they did not honor my request for refund
Reasonable prices & quick claim processing
This service is pathetic. Will not purchase again and make sure the people I know don’t either. All this company does is try to exhaust their customers so they don’t have to pay what they owe them. People should NOT expect to get reimbursed for their tickets.
