We gave our first order to Alpha Air unfortunately the air valve sent was not fire rated. Phoned them very apologetic and sent a replacement out on a before 10.00 carrier the next day. I think sometimes mistakes happen but its how you put them right and must say was very impressed with the attitude and willingness to help no matter the cost. Well Done
