Steven was really helpful and went out of his way to try to get my trike delivered. Pleased to say he succeeded. Love my trike and had lots of positive comments. Would definitely recommend Alpine Trikes.

It was a dil above and beyond Steve could not get a courier to dil my trike to the north of Scotland so he delivered it himself from Leicester to Thurso Caithness that’s what you call service it’s a lesson to other companies if you go the extra mile .Pardon the pun .Cheers Steve and thanks . Had delivery of a new alpine ranger for my wife. She absolutely loves it. Well made great over uneven ground. Exactly what we wanted . Great help with her disability . Thanks again Steve.
Although I didn't buy a bike in the end the service/advice was fantstic. Would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a bike.
Your after sales service does not work
I had a very useful opportunity to try three options and was surprised by the differences in riding experience. It was only later that I realised that all these trikes would present me with storage problems, being too long as well as too wide to fit through most doors.
Steve was so helpful and friendly. He brought the trike to me for a test ride and went through all the features with me. He was patient and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the product. It was lovely to ride, really easy. It was the first time I'd been on a cycle since a life-changing leg injury, and I felt safe and secure, and a sense of freedom I hadn't had in 4 years. Steve made sure that the trike is test-ridden was the one delivered to me, so the seat was in the right place and it was ready to go. I highly recommend this product and their service.
Helpful run through, but I find the minimum speed somewhat fast. Surprised that the 200 pound ' delivery charge' was in addition to the trial fee. Promised Manuals very thin on tyre pressure, routine maintenance etc
Man brought trike all the way from Leicester to Dorchester . He was very informative and stayed until Ray could handle the trike. He answered all my emails promptly.
