I had some problems with my Alvaskin Epilux . I got in touch with Christine from customer support and she was very helpful . She took my concerns very seriously and solved them to my satisfaction.
The product is simply great. I do see and feel difference on my face. And the customer support is superb
They are responding quicly. Writing email to Christine is such a pleasure. She is very nice to talk to, and I feel taking care of. I have only tried Alvaskin Aurora, but I wish to buy other things from the company as well. I've used Alvaskin Aurora for almost 4 weeks, and I'm already seeing a difference.
My product was broken but the customer advisor Christine did help med right away and did send me a brand new product.

I had an truley amazing experience with Alvaskin’s customer service. I contacted them to ask if my LED mask could be repaired. After examining a short video I sent them they said that I would get a new mask. I truly appreciate Christine’s outstanding customer service.
Quick response, easy way of communication. When i had problem with my alvaskin laser i just had to send a video and problem files, they send me new one without no more questioning. #support from Laura!

Very exited to try my new products from Alvaskin. Unfortunatly a lot of stuff out there that does not give the results that’s promised. Alvaskin however, is on point always!
