If there was a way to put no stars I would. Well this all started when I was trying to help my son find a transportation place to transport his vehicle to him because he's military. I decided to go with them which was a very bad decision. The car was supposed to leave April 30th in the morning. I get a call that morning and saying that they want double the money. I got to run around with a whole bunch of different numbers trying to figure out what was going on because we already had a contract signed. I told him just to give me my deposit back that I was done by the time it was like 2:00 p.m. They said that they would be there within 2 to 3 hours. 20 minutes later they call me. They said they'd be there within 30 minutes. I hit the road to go meet them because it was 30 minute drive to where I had to leave the car 20 minutes in. They said they're there waiting April 30th around 4:00 p.m. I leave the car. They put the car on the flatbed they call me about 40 minutes later saying the car won't start. I told him there's two keys, one for the door and one for the ignition. Try it. Never heard back from him. 2 days later they call me again saying the car won't start. Between dispatch and the driver with the driver accusing me of doing something to the car or knowing what was wrong with it, I told them I have a full print out from a mechanic. The mechanic just checked it out the day before it left. There's no trick. There's nothing to it as long as you have the right key. I told them I would be happily to come over to where the car is. It's about an hour and a half drive from me. They said okay. Come over and see if there's something especially you have to do. I drove an hour and a half to the car where they had it stored in a tow yard. I called the people they didn't answer. Hi texted him. They asked who I was. I told them I was there for the car he said okay we'll be there in 20 minutes. Three guys show up. Not friendly. No hello. No nothing. They go over to the car. Hand me the keys. I try to start it. Nothing it cranks but won't start. I called my mechanic. Had them on speakerphone so he could hear he's like. That's strange. There's nothing wrong with that car I said I know. So I start looking around at the fuses see if somebody pulled the fuse, see if somebody pulled the wire or something. I looked down and the coil wire to the alternator. Somebody had unplugged it and tried to hide it. Plugged it back in car. Started up. No problem guys looking at me like oh I wonder how that happened. I was like I don't know. Must have just came loose right! Well I leave in a few days go by. I haven't heard from them. I'm asking them when the car is going to be dropped off because it left on the 30th over to their yard and it was supposed to be delivered on the 5th. By the contract they said oh maybe the 14th or the 15th of May. I was like that's a long time but okay today is the 18th. It just got dropped off this this evening and they asked for more money again. Everything was fine on the car but yet again they raised the price. This company has way too many people trying to scam people and trying to say that my car was in Florida too when it was hour and a half away. So if you do decide to go with this company and you want to be scammed, make sure you have some kind of tracking device in your car so you don't get more scammed by them. Calling you and saying that your car is in Florida and somebody needs to come pick it up and then they hang up on you and then nobody answers when you try to call them back. Zero Stars. Worst transportation company ever.

Kevin is awesome, he helped me get my car transported at a good rate. When original assigned driver delayed picking up my vehicle, he assigned a different driver. He is very professional and customer friendly, from the moment of getting on the first call with me till the car arrived safely. Great job Kevin! Terrible company. We are a vehicle transport company and had a contract with Ameri Auto Transport LLC to transport a vehicle from Texas to Minnesota. We agreed on a payment of $700, but we only received a portion of the payment upon delivery. Every day they say they will send the rest via Zelle the next day, but they never do. A terrible experience with this company. I think they are scamming us and will never pay the remaining money. We fulfilled our part of the contract.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do not book with this company. I booked with this company on April 14 2026. I received a text from Ruth every day several times a day for me to pick thier company to transport my vehicle. Once I chose them and paid my deposit I have not heard any thing from her. I called her the day of transport and she said give her 30 mins. Waited a hour and no answer. So I had text and call to get a answer. She did not have a driver. This is not a reliable company to deal with they have all kind of excuses but no resolutions. As a transport company look like you would have at least one driver you can depend on. They underbid other companies and can't produce a driver. We did not have a call 24 hours before delivery from Ameri Auto transport or a driver. If they had a driver why is it no contact from anybody. Ask for a refund you will not get your money back. Please learn from my headache.

This isn't a false review! My daughter and son-in-law booked with this company Ameri Auto llc. They hadn't agreed upon pickup date of April 21st for $575 for which they charge them $175 deposit in advance. They to texted in the morning to state they would update them on the driver's arrival. Then the next message they got was that they could not fulfill their obligation and that the other driver was going to charge a dollar per mile which is now $1,700. Or they could wait until Thursday and pay a different driver $0.70 per mile. When I called them to get the 175 refunded because they failed to meet their contractual obligation, they try to scam them for every nickel and dime. They did not want to issue the refund. They wanted to keep $75 for paperwork which didn't exist. Then they tried to say they sent a contract that ended up being blank when opened. Do not trust this company. They issued the refund once they were convinced that I knew out what I was talking about and that they were contractually obligated even if their contract said deposit non-refundable because they failed to meet the obligation of the contract! Jacob and Andy are absolute scammers. They will try to talk you out of getting your money back in every way possible because they can't fulfill their obligations which means they're not making any money. So they're going to try to keep your deposit!
